Nestled under the sprawling canopy of ancient live oaks in western Nassau County, Bellemont Estate is a rare living relic of Florida’s earliest settlement days. This land, once part of the Pedro Pons Land Grant during Spain’s colonization in the late 1700s, remains one of the oldest continuously held pieces of private property in Florida. Passed through generations—from Spanish Minorcan settlers to early American pioneers—it tells a uniquely Southern story of perseverance, grit, and deep-rooted tradition. Located just outside the heart of Callahan, this stunning Southern Colonial manor, with its towering white columns, now serves as the perfect backdrop for unforgettable weddings and celebrations—blending timeless elegance with a working family farm. Renter is required to use Bellemont Estate certified bar service if intoxicating beverages are present. Renter must supply all alcohol, mixers, mix drinks, glassware, and garnishes to be served. The bar service includes one bartender, a security officer, the mobile outdoor bar, and the indoor bar. All alcohol must be delivered to the venue no less than 3 hours prior to the ceremony.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the side and rear entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Self-parking.
All fees paid are non-refundable should you cancel your event for any reason. If an event has to be canceled due to an act of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, sinkholes, etc) or other unforeseeable events such as war, or a terrorist attack, the event will be rescheduled to another available date of the client's choosing at no additional charge.
