Bridle Oaks Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was quick, timely, and incredibly professional. They truly understood what was important to us and went above and beyond to make our day special. The venue itself was large enough to accommodate our entire family, and the quality of their work was simply outstanding. They kept our wedding timeline on point, allowing us to create cherished memories with our loved ones. It was such a magical experience, and the staff at Bridle Oaks Barn felt like part of our family by the end of the night. We are so grateful to have found this hidden gem - it was everything we could have asked for and more.

Absolutely perfect in every way

I’m not even sure how to put into words how absolutely amazing Bridle Oaks was to work with. Shawna is the sweetest and funniest person and made everything about our experience from the meetings to the wedding day so much fun and just such a breeze! Our coordinator, Kim, is an actual angel, a legit miracle worker and we are so beyond blessed to have had such an amazing team on our wedding day. They explain everything in so much detail during the meetings and they think of literally everything you could possible need for a wedding! There’s no way we could’ve done any of this without everyone at Bridle Oaks. Everyone who attended our wedding talked about how absolutely beautiful the venue is, how kind everyone was, how incredibly detailed everything was and that the entire thing from start to finish flowed so so smoothly! And people are still talking about how awesome the beer mule was!! Every part of the entire day was a total hit and these memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We could not recommend Bridle Oaks more!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I debated for quite some time whether or not to write this review because, honestly, I feel bad saying anything negative. I truly don’t want this review to belittle the venue or speak badly about anyone. I simply feel that as a bride, I would have appreciated an honest review like this when I was making my own decision, so I want to share my personal experience as respectfully and honestly as I can. First, I want to say that Victoria, my coordinator, is genuinely one of the sweetest people. She was kind, caring, and pleasant throughout the process, and Shawna was also incredibly sweet. I truly have nothing but good things to say about them as people. Unfortunately, though, I felt that the actual wedding day did not come together the way we had planned. We had a beautiful vision and a detailed plan going into the wedding, and I had very high hopes for the day. Once the wedding day arrived, however, I felt like things were rushed and that there wasn’t enough hands-on coordination to make sure everything was where it was supposed to be. There were quite a few decorations that were not placed in the correct locations, which was especially disappointing because I had put a lot of thought into how everything was supposed to look. I also personally did not have the best experience with the assistant that day and felt that the overall coordination could have been more hands-on. I really wish my coordinator had taken more control of the day itself, because I think that could have made a big difference in how smoothly everything came together. The food situation was another major concern for me. I was informed that some of the food had been dropped on the floor and that the assistant began picking it up by hand. I was also told that the pork and other food were left sitting in the hot sun for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, the day after the wedding, over 20 of our guests became sick with a stomach virus, and several people had to go to the doctor because of how sick they became. This was extremely upsetting for me, especially knowing what had happened with the food handling and the fact that food had been left sitting out in the heat. There were also quite a few flies around the food, along with roaches and several snakes that guests saw moving along the brick areas. I completely understand that this is an outdoor/barn venue and that June in Florida comes with plenty of nature 😂. I don’t expect an outdoor venue to be completely free of bugs or wildlife. However, knowing what I know now, I do wish I had considered that more carefully when choosing a venue. I do want to emphasize that the inside of the barn is beautiful. It really is a lovely space, and there is a lot of potential to have a gorgeous wedding there. My disappointment wasn’t because the venue itself wasn’t beautiful it was because the actual wedding day didn’t feel like the beautiful plan we had worked toward. I went into my wedding day with very high hopes, and unfortunately, I left feeling like the day was much shorter, more rushed, and less organized than I had envisioned. There were so many little things that, individually, may not seem like a big deal, but when they all happen on one of the most important days of your life, they really do add up. I want to be very clear that this review is not meant to attack the venue, Victoria, Shawna, or anyone personally. I truly believe everyone involved had good intentions, and I think Victoria is a genuinely sweet person. This is simply my honest experience as a bride, and I feel that future brides deserve to hear both the positives and the things that I personally wish had been different. I am grateful for the beautiful parts of our day and for the kind people I met along the way. ❤️
