    A seamless and all encompassing wedding venue

    Our wedding at the Bristol Harbor Inn was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The Event Pavilion was a beautiful setting for both our ceremony and reception, while cocktail hour at DeWolf Tavern was charming and added an extra level of elegance and formality to the evening that we really appreciated. One of the biggest benefits of choosing Bristol Harbor Inn was having accommodations available right on-site. This was especially helpful for our older guests, as well as for guests who wanted to enjoy the celebration without having to worry about driving afterward. Being able to leave all of our wedding décor in the hotel’s conference room was another huge convenience. It took a major weight off our shoulders and allowed us to focus on our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner without worrying about unloading or setting up décor the night before. In the months leading up to our wedding, Rachelle and Madeline were incredibly helpful with coordinating the details of our weekend, answering questions, and assisting with everything from planning to confirming hotel bookings. Throughout the wedding weekend itself, Vincent was always available and incredibly helpful, whether we had a question or needed assistance with something unexpected. Overall, the Bristol Harbor Inn truly provides a complete wedding experience. With the ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and guest accommodations all available on-site, and even the option to host your rehearsal dinner at DeWolf Tavern, you can have almost everything in one location. For couples looking for a beautiful wedding venue while also wanting the convenience of on-site accommodations and not having to coordinate multiple locations, we highly recommend the Bristol Harbor Inn. It made our wedding weekend feel seamless, convenient, and truly special.

    Wedding Review

    Our wedding at Bristol Harbor Inn exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We loved working with Pranzi and their team as well. The food was amazing and their day of coordination was excellent. We got overhead lights and a dance floor rental, which I highly recommend! The location cannot be beat. We stayed in one of the suites at the hotel and everything was great.

    Bristol Harbor Inn

    We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding! From our first tour to the last dance, the entire experience was exceptional. Rachelle and Maddie were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The venue itself was beautiful, well maintained, and provided the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the atmosphere and the gorgeous views!

    Wedding Reception

    From the moment we toured Bristol Harbor Inn, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding reception. Every part of our experience exceeded our expectations. The tent is absolutely stunning, impeccably maintained, and provides the perfect backdrop for a night of dancing, good conversation, and fun! The staff was exceptional throughout the entire planning process and on day of, they went above and beyond to ensure they remained present throughout the evening. A dream!

    Wedding of our Dreams

    We had a fairytale wedding and our wedding day was truly a dream from start to finish.... if we could do it all over again, we would. We are so appreciative for Rachelle and all of the staff at Bristol Harbor Inn. They truly made our vision come to life and everything went beyond smooth during our wedding weekend. The pavilion tent was an absolutely stunning wedding venue and we are so happy we chose to have our wedding here in a town that means so much to us.

Yes, Bristol Harbor Inn and Waterfront Pavilion offer on-site parking for all events. Managed parking is included in your venue rental from May through October at no additional cost. The Thames Street Parking Lot is conveniently located across the street from the inn, making it easily accessible for your guests. We provide clear signage to direct attendees to the designated parking area.
Our peak wedding season runs from May to October, when our beautiful Sperry Tent is set up and ready to host events. During these months, we offer the full outdoor waterfront experience that makes Bristol Harbor Inn such a special venue. August through October are consistently our busiest months of the year. The waterfront views combined with classic New England charm create an unforgettable setting for celebrations during this time. Special venue rental rates are available before the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend and after the Monday of Labor Day Weekend.
Our off-peak season runs from November through April, when our Sperry Tent is taken down. We still welcome intimate celebrations with smaller capacities in our charming Bristol Harbor Room. The Bristol Harbor Room is available for cocktail hours and receptions only during the off-peak season. Please note that we do not offer on-site ceremonies from November through April.
We work primarily with our partnered caterer, Pranzi Catering & Event Rentals, who handles all food and beverage service. If approved by Pranzi Catering, any outside alcohol would need to be coordinated directly with Pranzi to ensure smooth service throughout your event. They'll work with you to create a bar experience that fits your preferences and budget.
Yes, Bristol Harbor Inn offers accessible facilities to ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy your celebration. An elevator is available to the Bristol Harbor Room, where cocktail hour is hosted. We also have ramp access to the Waterfront Pavilion, providing convenient access to both ceremony and reception spaces.
Yes, we do require event insurance as part of your venue agreement. This is a standard requirement to protect both you and the venue during your celebration. We're happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
