Harbor Lights, located on scenic Warwick Neck, RI, is a one-of-a-kind destination property offering an unrivaled combination of recreational and social amenities, including boating, sailing, swimming, golf, dining, wedding + banquet facilities. At the center of the Harbor Lights experience is the our newly re-designed clubhouse, a modern-day interpretation of classic New England shingle-style architecture. Our elegant Grand Ballroom, along with the Back 9 Grill, has the flexibility to accommodate receptions, parties, weddings and meetings of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to spectacular affairs of up to 275 guests.

We Chose Harbor Lights Twice — That Says It All.
Harbor Lights holds a very special place in our hearts. We were married there last year, and when it came time to choose a venue for our anniversary celebration, we knew we wanted to return. Once again, their team reminded us exactly why we chose them. Tatiana was wonderful in managing the day and making sure all of the moving pieces came together. Lola deserves a special mention as well—she led our dinner service and was incredible. She took charge of the entire food-service portion of the evening with such professionalism and attention to detail, allowing me to actually step away and enjoy the celebration. And Chef Aaron and his culinary team were phenomenal. We wanted something more elevated and interactive than a traditional buffet, and they created a chef-attended, made-to-order dining experience where guests watched their dishes being prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients right in front of them. Our guests absolutely raved about the food that night—and weeks later, people were still talking about how good it was. As someone who works in events, I know how much is happening behind the scenes to make an evening like this feel effortless to the guests. The professionalism, flexibility and genuine care from the Harbor Lights team did not go unnoticed. We trusted Harbor Lights with our wedding and then chose them again for another celebration that meant so much to us. I think that probably says it best. We would choose them again without hesitation.

Dream Wedding
Harbor Lights made planning our wedding so easy from start to finish. Ashlyn, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. The venue itself is stunning with breathtaking views, and our guests haven't stopped talking about how beautiful the space was. The food was outstanding, we still get compliments about it. The whole team worked like a well-oiled machine to make sure every detail was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we'd recommend Harbor Lights to any couple looking for their dream venue.

An Absolute Dream Venue!
I got married at Harbor Lights this past weekend and it was everything we could've imagined and more. From the start, our coordinator Becca showed so much attention to detail, was so organized and friendly and really helped us to envision our day and make sure it was exactly how we wanted. She was prompt with everything and answered all of my (many) questions throughout the entire process. The venue is stunning and the ceremony space was absolutely perfect, even in November! SO many gorgeous photo spots. The food was amazing and our guests came up to us all night long raving about how it was the best they had had at any wedding. Everything ran so smoothly. The catering staff was so professional and prompt with everything and our bartender Walter was also amazing. A truly perfect day and I would recommend Harbor Lights to any future couple :)

Couldn’t image our day anywhere else
Choosing Harbor Lights was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We were well taken care of the entire process and you can tell it is due to the amazing and organized staff (shoutout to Julia). Our guests kept complimenting the scenery, food, and how fun it was to be there. Harbor Lights provides a variety of gorgeous settings, options, and ways to personalize your day. It will always be such a special place to us and we are so glad we found, and decided to book it for our wedding.
