About this venue

We run a summer camp from June-August and open up our beautiful camp for couples for the month of September and October. We have a variety of on site housing that will help make your wedding stand out from any other. Why have one day when you can have your friends and family be together for an entire weekend. You and your guests will have access to all of our sporting area, as well as our breathtaking waterfront. 2026: Weekends of September 13th or September 27th 2027: Open September/October Availability 2028: Open September/October Availability

The interior space can accommodate more than 500 people, providing ample room for tables, a buffet, a bar, a DJ/band, and a dance floor. It can be arranged in various ways according to client specifications. There is no separate dance floor, but rentals are permitted. The dining hall measures 100’ x 62’.

September and October
Yes. The client must provide alcohol. No cash bar allowed. We will provide bartenders to serve.
A 25% deposit is due with a signed contract and is refundable up until one year before the event. 25% is due six months before the event. Balance is due two weeks prior to the event. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is due with the final payment.
The client must carry $1 million event insurance policy.
The couple and a few guests can arrive as early as Thursday. The facility is open for all other guests from Friday at 3 pm-Sunday at 12 pm. Receptions are to last for five hours unless otherwise agreed upon. The five hours begin as soon as the ceremony ends, and cocktail hour begins, assuming the guests are going directly from the ceremony to the reception.
