Had a terrible check in experience. It's almost like they over booked on purpose and they "lost" the reservations that were cheaper rates and kept the higher rates. However, there was a gentleman there. Edwin, Edward, Erwin. I forgot his name. But one of those. He made it work and found us a room he was polite and professional even though I was angry and deserves props and praise from not just myself but his team there. Turned my birthday trip around thanks to him. Besides that. Great atmosphere in this newly renovated hotel. Walking distance to the cowboys game. Overall. Great and will consider to stay there again. Definitely recommend
