Casa Vista is an 11-bedroom mountain estate on 6 private acres in Fraser, Colorado, 90 minutes from Denver. The property sleeps 36 overnight guests and seats up to 220 under a 40x80 covered tent with Rocky Mountain views. Your wedding runs Thursday through Monday. Guests stay on site, wake up in the mountains, and celebrate together all weekend. No shuttles, no hotel blocks. Bring your own vendors. No required packages. Three independent breaker circuits power the tent. 250 place settings on site. 120 parking spaces. Additional neighboring homes available for larger groups at $3,500 per home. Weekday pricing from $6,000. Summer weekend pricing $15,000.

    I was the MOH for a wedding here, and it was honestly a wonderful experience. I helped plan a lot, so I got to see firsthand how amazing this venue was from both the guest and logistics side. What really stood out was the flexibility. The B&G were able to use their own vendors and create a wedding the way THEY wanted it, while still getting use of plenty of supplies to cut down on costs for the things that mattered less. The place was so cute too with lots of space and fantastic views. We had plenty of privacy with awesome mountain views, but still got to be close to town if we wanted to get away from family for a minute lol. Overall, I highly recommend!

    I have stayed at Casa Vista 3 times now and I will definitely be back! This house accommodates large groups very easily. We hosted a retreat with 12 people here and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and the industrial sized kitchen and laundry room made it easy to cook and clean for everyone. Thank you Will and Casa Vista, be back soon!

    Great wedding venue with spectacular 360 views. Accommodations are very nice. Some rooms are a little small and lack closet space while others have plenty of room. The main kitchen was large with plenty of dishes and utensils for a large group. There's a smaller, but still spacious, kitchen on the other end of the house. The upstairs game room is average but fun. The grounds were great with plenty for adults and children to do outside. Overall, I give it a 4.75

Yes! Guests are welcome to bring their own beer, wine, and spirits. We do ask that a licensed bartending service be hired to handle service during the event.
Yes! Casa Vista offers ample on-site parking with easy access directly from the property driveway. There is no parking fee for your guests.
Casa Vista is a mountain estate set on natural terrain at 8,500 feet elevation. The main gathering areas and parking are accessible, though some outdoor spaces involve natural, uneven ground.
