Welcome Dinner - Maui
From our first conversation with Castaway Cafe, we knew we'd made the right choice. The team got back to us quickly and kept everything straightforward throughout the planning process, which made the whole experience stress-free. When we arrived for our wedding day, we were blown away by how spacious the venue felt and how much more private the setup was than we expected—plus those ocean views were absolutely stunning. The staff was genuinely friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly, from the remote coordination leading up to the event to every detail on site. The food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. We can't thank the entire Castaway Cafe team enough for making our day so special.

Welcome lunch for wedding
About a month ago, I had my wedding welcome lunch, Haldi, and Mehendi at Castaway Cafe, and it was truly the perfect venue! As an Indian-American bride planning a destination wedding from out of state, I was a little nervous since I had never seen the venue in person, but it was even more beautiful than the photos. The location right by Kaanapali Beach is absolutely stunning! All of my guests and me and my husband literally had so much fun at the venue. I worked with Kelly for about eight months leading up to the event, and she was always incredibly responsive and helpful. On the day of our celebration, the entire staff did an amazing job setting everything up and making sure everything ran smoothly. As a bride, I honestly didn’t have to lift a finger—I was able to just show up, enjoy myself, and have the best time with our family and friends. The food and drinks were amazing! I was so busy as the bride to be enjoying the day that I barely had a chance to eat, but our guests could not stop telling my husband and me how delicious everything was. There was more than enough food and drinks for everyone, which was so important to us as hosts. We had a chance to come back the week after our wedding and enjoy the yummy food! Thank you so much to Kelly and the entire Castaway Cafe team for making our celebration so easy and special. If you’re planning an event in Maui, I cannot recommend them enough!
