Conveniently located about an hour from the greater Northern New Jersey/ New York City area & only 1.5 hrs from Philly, Chelsea Sun Inn is an ideal destination location! No fee for ceremony on site! Ceremony chairs are included! An officiant is also available if needed! Chelsea Sun's main house can sleep 40 people comfortably with breakfast optional for everyone the next morning. Add in the large outdoor inground pool, outdoor heated jacuzzi spa, fire pit & you have all the makings for a perfect family & friends' celebration!

    Beyond Our Expectations

    We toured quite a few venues before finding Chelsea Sun Inn, and nothing else compared. We loved the atmosphere, the beautiful property, and all the unique features and flexibility it offered. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, and we are so happy we chose Chelsea Sun Inn!

    The Perfect Venue

    We absolutely loved our wedding here! The whole place has such a magical feeling to it! The staff was so sweet and helpful, and we truly felt like they cared about our experience. Could not recommend Chelsea Sun Inn enough!

    Dream wedding at Chelsea Sun Inn

    From our first conversation with the Chelsea Sun Inn team, we knew we had found our venue. Their staff was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. The space itself is stunning and gave us everything we needed in one location. Plenty of indoor/outdoor area for our guests to roam without feeling cramped, and the 24-hour access meant we could set up and celebrate without rushing. Having accommodations right on-site kept our closest family and friends around late into the night, which made the celebration feel even more special. We loved that they allowed us to bring our own caterer, and the pool and jacuzzi were the perfect touch for our guests. Everyone is still talking about how perfect the day was, and we couldn't have done it without Chelsea Sun Inn! Special thanks to Alex, Jimmy and the whole team for going above and beyond!

We have 6ft and 8ft folding tables, as well as various antique side tables available to use
You can start decorating your tables at 12pm or as soon as your rental agreement begins. b. If you have a contract that begins the day prior to your event you may decorate starting at 7 am.
The ceremony chairs/ arbors and any other accouterments CSI is responsible for will be completely set up by 1pm
There are 9 guest suites in the house, each equipped with a private bath. Between sleeper couches and auxiliary air mattresses (3 x queen air mattress sets w/ linens included) you can comfortably sleep maximum of 45 guests. b. The Loft is an additional bonus sleeping space. There are four twin beds with linens in this space. However, there is not a private bath, guests sleeping in this space could utilize the bath that’s located in the hallway of Suite #5
The Bridal and Groom suites are available at 12pm. b. Pre-Bridal Suite for makeup and dressing available as early as 9:30am c. The remaining guest suites are available at 2:30pm at the latest
Guest towels are included for the regular occupancy of the guest suites (1 bath towel/ 1 hand towel per guest). Towels for the jacuzzi and pool area are not provided.
Guest suite check out time is 11am
Large outdoor in-ground pool is open from mid-April to mid-November (weather permitting). b. 20-person outdoor Jacuzzi is open year-round.
Yes, you can schedule a planning session on the property and bring your vendors with you. Appointments are subject to event calendar availability.
Your vendors can arrive at 12pm when your contract begins. Unless you are already on the property from a multi-day rental agreement. If you have a contract that begins the day prior, your vendors may come as early as 9:30am.
Music is permitted until 10pm. Any music after that must limited to 60 decibels.
There are 3 common space bathrooms (1 in the Great Room/ 2 between the Oak and Garden Rooms).

There are limited handicap accessible areas; the driveway zeroes out into the main tented concourse. However, most of the interior/ exterior areas of the property contains stairs. There are no ramps provided anywhere on the property. Clients are welcomed to rent/bring a ramp at their own risk of usage.
a. There’s room for approximately 25 cars in the paved area close to the main house. b. There’s room for an additional 200 cars in the auxiliary field parking area.
