    Beautiful Day at the Doubletree

    We are so happy we got married at the Doubletree! I wanted a venue where everything could be in all-in-one place and the Doubletree delivered. We had a beautiful ceremony on the balcony, took amazing pictures on the lawn outside and across the street at NF State Park, and had an unforgettable reception. Rhea and the coordinators there are so helpful and truly put my nerves at ease because they handled everything like professionals. We did have some complications about the timing of the decoration cleanup and also the banquet staff losing the top of our wedding cake as we were planning on saving it for our 1st Anniversary. These were small issues and would not deter me from recommending this venue to another couple.

    10/10 Would Recommend

    Melissa/Rhea/Sheila were an absolute pleasure to work with.  Even when we had dumb questions that could have been answered by re-reading docs they already provided.  They did their absolute best to ensure our day was as flawless as possible.   I participated in a wedding here years back, and obviously chose this venue for my own wedding, and would do it again in a heart beat. The location, surrounding scenery, and spaces are tremendous.  My only complaint, the blackened steak with Gorgonzola bacon fondue was lights out our absolute favorite thing we ate during tasting and we ranted and raved about it for months to guests, and then on the day of, we were quite disappointed as were guests who had it.  Sometimes, somethings simply don’t translate well for banquet settings.  Even with this relatively minor let down, I would highly recommend this venue and team.

    An Elegant and Intimate Affair

    We chose the DoubleTree for our wedding reception after having gone to several previous events at their ballroom, and we must admit that this team pulled out all the stops. The team worked perfectly in tandem with us in regards to the menu, custom linens, and allowing us in for a late-night prep. Their team beautifully displayed our wide range of decor in exacting detail. The kitchen not only agreed to our minor request for a flavor substitution on the steak, but also accommodated our request to hold over 500 desserts from a partner bakery for our Viennese Hour. The team (hi Rhea!) even provided a special treat for us in the Bridal Suite. The location along the Niagara River is superb, the venue’s provided uplighting is fantastic, and their list of partner vendors was the perfect springboard to polish off all the little details. All in all, we highly recommend the DoubleTree for any and all banquet & event needs.

    Everything was beautiful!!!

    We chose the Doubletree by Hilton Niagara Falls for our wedding and couldn't have made a better decision. Rhea, Melissa, and Sheila showed they truly cared about making our day special—they were quick to respond, proactive with solutions, and made us feel supported every step of the way. The venue itself is stunning with a spacious ballroom and beautiful patio that gave our guests plenty of room to dance and enjoy themselves. On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly because they handled every detail with such care and attention. We felt calm and taken care of the entire time, and that peace of mind meant everything to us. If you're looking for a venue with a gorgeous space and staff who will go the extra mile, we highly recommend the Doubletree by Hilton Niagara Falls!!!! :)

    10/10 Recommend!

    We originally chose the Double Tree in Niagara Falls for convenience and ease for our guests, but what we got out of our experience was so much more! From the first message inquiring about the venue to checking out of the hotel the morning after our wedding, every single aspect of the process of planning and executing our wedding was perfection. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Rhea, Sheila and Melissa were professional, accommodating, and transparent. I knew immediately I could trust these girls with my life! I felt as if I was treated as a good friend rather than as a client. Every detail that was discussed was remembered and executed in ways I couldn’t have even envisioned myself. This team thought of details that weren’t even on my radar. We are still talking about the beautiful job they did with setting up and decorating the venue all these days later! Rhea… you really are the best!!! For the very modest price point, you will be getting all the perks of a high-end wedding. The patio, reception hall, and cocktail hour area allowed my guests to have the opportunity to have the fun evening that they wanted. There was something for everyone! The food choices were all fantastic - it was so hard to narrow our guest options down to four. The staff were all friendly and the evening flowed without any interruptions. It was like a well-oiled machine! Thank you to all involved in making our day so special! If I were you, I’d book now without a second thought! :)
