    Everything was beautiful!!!

    We chose the Doubletree by Hilton Niagara Falls for our wedding and couldn't have made a better decision. Rhea, Melissa, and Sheila showed they truly cared about making our day special—they were quick to respond, proactive with solutions, and made us feel supported every step of the way. The venue itself is stunning with a spacious ballroom and beautiful patio that gave our guests plenty of room to dance and enjoy themselves. On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly because they handled every detail with such care and attention. We felt calm and taken care of the entire time, and that peace of mind meant everything to us. If you're looking for a venue with a gorgeous space and staff who will go the extra mile, we highly recommend the Doubletree by Hilton Niagara Falls!!!! :)

    We originally chose the Double Tree in Niagara Falls for convenience and ease for our guests, but what we got out of our experience was so much more! From the first message inquiring about the venue to checking out of the hotel the morning after our wedding, every single aspect of the process of planning and executing our wedding was perfection. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Rhea, Sheila and Melissa were professional, accommodating, and transparent. I knew immediately I could trust these girls with my life! I felt as if I was treated as a good friend rather than as a client. Every detail that was discussed was remembered and executed in ways I couldn’t have even envisioned myself. This team thought of details that weren’t even on my radar. We are still talking about the beautiful job they did with setting up and decorating the venue all these days later! Rhea… you really are the best!!! For the very modest price point, you will be getting all the perks of a high-end wedding. The patio, reception hall, and cocktail hour area allowed my guests to have the opportunity to have the fun evening that they wanted. There was something for everyone! The food choices were all fantastic - it was so hard to narrow our guest options down to four. The staff were all friendly and the evening flowed without any interruptions. It was like a well-oiled machine! Thank you to all involved in making our day so special! If I were you, I’d book now without a second thought! :)

    Summer Wedding 2026

    Hands down the most perfect evening. There were no issues at all during my wedding night and if there were, the hotel and Rheannon handled everything. Zero stress! Best night of my life. Thank you Doubletree!!

    Over the moon!

    We chose the Doubletree by Hilton Niagara Falls for our wedding and we are SO HAPPY we did! From start to finish, Rhea (and Melissa) and her team responded quickly to our questions and made us feel excited about our big day. They made it clear that whatever we needed or wanted—they were going to help make it happen. When researching venues, we felt than many “nickled and dimed” and did not look into helping us with our vision. At other venues, we were often told “no” for the out-of-the-box ideas. Other venues also had issues with storing decor and setting up—we were able to bring our decor early in the week to store and the team set it up for us!!! It made life SO much easier. My maid of honor showed Rhea and Sheila the vision and they followed through, while also including some extra decor to enhance our vision. As a bride who had a lot on her plate, I looked for convenience. Not only was the decor situation so amazing, but staying at the hotel, the getting ready room, and other small details made planning and the big day so easy and smooth. To me, the moment I knew wholeheartedly that we had made the right choice was when our videographer cancelled last minute right before our rehearsal—Rhea jumped in to help us stay positive and find a solution. I was stressed and on the verge of tears due to this situation and Rhea came up with solutions and spoke to me in the exact way I needed—empathetic, firm, and honest. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding we dreamed of. It is SO important to have a team who makes the bride and groom feel valued and understood. We never felt like we were talked down to or misunderstood. Instead, we were supported and encouraged. The team at the DoubleTree made wedding planning fun! The venue itself felt high-end and elegant, but the pricing was refreshingly reasonable compared to other places we looked at. My guests were impressed with the food and drink options. The staff were so incredibly kind—I only had extremely positive interactions. I know I was concerned about the aesthetic of the venue originally, as it does seem like one big conference room. However, when it all came together with the uplighting, decor, and guests, it looked amazing! My guests also loved the patio, it was the perfect place to hang out and chat while other guests stayed inside to dance. We were also thrilled when they surprised us with treats waiting in our room. If you're planning a wedding at Niagara Falls, this venue delivers on quality without breaking the bank!
