We chose Duval Grand Event Venue at Wyndham Jacksonville Hotel for our wedding and couldn't be happier with that decision. From our first conversation through the big day, the team was helpful and responsive whenever we needed them. The staff treated us with genuine kindness and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was outstanding, the service was top-notch, and all of our vendors worked together like a well-oiled machine. For the quality of what we got, the value was unbeatable. We'd recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful space with a team that truly cares about making your day special.

From our first call with the team at Duval Grand, we knew we had found the right venue for our wedding. They were upbeat and straightforward throughout the entire planning process, making every decision feel easy. The space itself is pristine and well-organized, which gave us confidence that our day would run smoothly. What really stood out was how the staff went out of their way to help us with questions and concerns – they genuinely seemed excited about our wedding. We loved that everything was transparent and there were no surprises when it came to pricing. Our day was flawless, and we owe so much of that to the Duval Grand team's helpful and genuine approach.

Check in was very smooth. Went to the bar to have some drinks and dinner. Mo at the bar was absolutely fantastic made the night great and great service. Food was also very good.

HIGHLY recommend Stacy and Ernest (and their team) at Wyndham to anyone looking for a venue to host an event. Stacy and Ernest were absolutely incredible to work with in planning and executing our event. Their creativity, flexibility, and genuine willingness to accommodate our needs made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Stacy brought her exceptional party-planning skills and creativity to every detail, while Ernest’s knowledge and experience as a veteran brought a unique understanding of what would make our military event feel authentic, meaningful, and fun. Together, they created an event that was not only well organized, but truly memorable for everyone who attended.

You have to pay for breakfast in the morning it's not complimentary. They have you sit down and wait for them to serve you. i would just go to the waffle house next door 👍🏻. CLC didn't work here. I'm here for work and had issues. Hotel is nice. Staff is nice. Rooms clean. AC works good. Just not a fan of being over charged for brakefest and their snak bar.
