Our space is located in a stand-alone building right in the heart of downtown Farmington with a large number of attractions and parking spaces. Our space is open and includes 2 separate areas and a kitchen (no stove). The Signature is the perfect place to host dinners, birthday parties, game night, girls night in, the possibilities are endless.

Most of our guests lock their dates between 90 days to a year in advance. If you have a last minute event, don’t hesitate to reach out, we have been able to accommodate guests even 2 or 3 days prior to their event.
We welcome and encourage hosts and planners to schedule a time to visit FCW. Having a clear visual of the space can help bring your vision for your event to life.
FCW is located in Downtown Farmington with ample public parking on the street, including 8 private parking spaces in the back.
We want to respect your privacy and have made it super easy to gain access to the spaces. We include detail instructions 24 hours prior to your session and in case you need any help in person, our team is local and on standby.
We welcome DJs and Bands and also have a list of recommendations if needed. If you decide to play your own music, we have multiple speakers throughout the space for your entertainment.
We welcome outside food and drinks and have a list of preferred catering companies and bartenders should you need one.
Prep, hosting and cleanup is included within the booked timeframe. If your vendors need additional time before and after your scheduled time, please let us know ahead of time to see if we are able to add the additional time.
We do require that the host is present and/or provide the necessary information for check-in and clean up to the guest/host that is taking on that role. The host is responsible for the booked time and must be present during the booked session.
Most of our guest use our hanging brackets in the Social and the Wooden Wall in the Signature. If heavy duty tape and other forms of adhesive that will damage the walls will be used it might result in fines and fees. Many guests have utilized our 24×36 Picture frames to personalize the space even more
