Available seasonally: May- October Authentic Rustic Barn Venue now specializing with full day gatherings designed for simple, hassle-free light celebrations with flexible planning options. We provide the barn, full set up and breakdown of tables and chairs, hosting essentials, nice bathrooms, fairy lights, rustic ambience, and garbage removal. Couples may bring in own prepared food or have delivered, along with beverages for guests. Little to no decorating needed for a simple, intimate wedding up to 100 max guests., May- October: $3,000

    Magical

    Gala at nine mile venue was absolutely beautiful — rustic, romantic, and filled with so much charm. From the moment we walked in, it felt like something out of a fairytale. Every little detail made our day feel so magical and unforgettable. It was the perfect setting for one of the most beautiful days of our lives. We’ll always be grateful for the memories we made there and for the love, laughter, and magic that filled the room that day. A truly beautiful venue for a truly magical day that we will cherish forever

    A fairy tale wedding at Cinderella cost

    This space was stunning, the staff was amazing and I was able to have my dream wedding without going into debt! We did not have to give up anything to save on cost. Instead we were able to add because the price and beauty of the place are perfection

We are located on Mason Road, Waterville NY 13480.
Our new packages are designed strictly for smaller light celebrations up to 100 max including wedding couple. We no longer offer or accommodate larger events.
Our starting price is always the same for an intimate wedding with our newest packages up to 100 max including wedding couple. We no longer offer packages or accommodate larger events. We may have off-peak rates May-July, and higher peak rates August-October. A discount may be accounted for with a event during the week (Mon- Thursday) and/or events with a max of 50 total.
Couples have access to our barn starting at 10:00am, with all departing by 10:00pm. Event must conclude no later than 9:00pm. We have optional early access hours the day prior to (if available) at an additional cost. Venue handles all set up and breakdown of venue items and garbage removal.
$3,000 with full day access and many amenities included. Flexible planning options the day prior, linens, and Heating towers are available at additional cost.
We only allow viewings and bookings up to one year out in advance.
