-The Hideaway Barn Lounge- The Hideaway Barn Lounge Intimate Cocktail-Style Weddings & Celebrations A rustic, cozy barn setting for couples who prefer cocktails, light bites, comfortable lounge seating, and mingling with their favorite people over a traditional sit-down reception. Couples bring in their own prepared food and beverages for guests. Little to no decorating needed for a simple, intimate gathering up to 50 max guests including wedding couple. Hosting essentials including stainless steel rolltop food warmers, beverage dispensers, assorted ceramic coffee and tea cups with saucers, small assorted ceramic appetizer and dessert plates, silverware included. Venue handles all set up and clean up of venue tables, chairs, hosting essentials, and garbage removal. Seasonally available May-October:

    We recently had our wedding at Gala at the Nine Mile and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Tisha was wonderful to work with, communicated great throughout the whole planning process, and made everything super easy. The venue is a traditional red barn, that is simple and natural with tons of space. There are beautiful outdoor arbors with amazing views. You also have the flexibility to move your reception indoors if needed. It’s truly the perfect setting for a rustic barn wedding. We also loved the flexibility to have family prepare our food and provide our own beverages, including wine and beer, which helped us save a lot. Everyone had an amazing time, and as newlyweds, we are so grateful we chose this venue for our special day!

    Magical

    Gala at nine mile venue was absolutely beautiful — rustic, romantic, and filled with so much charm. From the moment we walked in, it felt like something out of a fairytale. Every little detail made our day feel so magical and unforgettable. It was the perfect setting for one of the most beautiful days of our lives. We’ll always be grateful for the memories we made there and for the love, laughter, and magic that filled the room that day. A truly beautiful venue for a truly magical day that we will cherish forever

    A fairy tale wedding at Cinderella cost

    This space was stunning, the staff was amazing and I was able to have my dream wedding without going into debt! We did not have to give up anything to save on cost. Instead we were able to add because the price and beauty of the place are perfection

Our starting price is always the same for an intimate wedding with our newest packages up to 50 max guests including wedding couple. We no longer offer packages or accommodate larger events.
$1,250 for an intimate, 6 hour total cocktail style wedding gathering. (2hr set up, 3hr event, 1 hr pick up) We have optional add-ons for addtl cost including hours, hosting essentials, linens, outside ceremony with chairs, and heating towers.
We only allow viewings and bookings up to one year out in advance.
