Perfect venue
Our wedding at Hiland Park Country Club was everything we hoped for and more. From our first conversation through the big day, the team was responsive and genuinely invested in making our celebration perfect. Their day-of coordinator was truly our right hand, handling details behind the scenes so we could focus on enjoying the moment with our loved ones. The venue itself is stunning—the elegant spaces and beautiful grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our photos and celebration. What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond at every turn, treating our day like it was their own. We had our wedding at Hiland Park Country Club and couldn't be happier with how the day turned out. Communication during planning was a bit spotty at times, with responses taking longer than expected and occasional mixed messages from staff, but once our wedding day arrived, everything clicked into place perfectly. The venue itself is stunning—clean, polished, and executed with precision in every detail. What really stood out was how attentive the staff was to us as a couple and to our entire family throughout the celebration. Hiland Was the Perfect Venue and Team
From the moment we started planning, Rachael at Hiland Park Country Club made the entire process feel effortless. She answered every question promptly and was genuinely kind throughout our conversations, which made us feel confident in our choice. On our wedding day, Matt and Kaisa took everything to the next level—they had our bridal and groom suites stocked and ready, handled all the decor setup beautifully, and were there to solve any little issues that popped up. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the team's flexibility with our timeline and willingness to help with last-minute adjustments meant we could actually enjoy the day instead of stressing. We can't thank the entire Hiland Park team enough for making our wedding feel so special and stress-free. The space has such a great flow, from ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception hall, every detail has been thought through.
