The first floor plus Bar Mischief can be combined for a total of 2600 square feet of event space. This creates a flexible space perfect for a large private dinner, networking event, corporate retreat and many other event types. This unit can accommodate seated events for up to 125 people seated and up to 200 people standing; 125 seated and 300 standing is possible by opening the garage-style doors leading to the pool deck (a stage can be added covering the pool).

The Austin Garden is one of the largest downtown greenspaces in Austin. A versatile 26,000 square foot garden that includes a large indoor/outdoor space, ADA-accessible path, branding opportunities, multiple bars, stages, curated food trucks, and endless possibilities. The Garden has the capacity for 1,500 standing in the Garden + 500 Secret Garden/Studio. When combined with the hotel and roofdeck, the entire campus can accomodate 3,500. A 250 amp, 3 phase electrical service is available for larger performances.

The Studio Bar is a historic building that is rumored to have hosted the first Spanishspeaking radio station in Austin. It was remodeled in a collaboration with Fender Guitars for their corporate activation during ACL 2022, and includes a stage, bar, and room for approximately 100 people. The stage at the studio also doubles as a production space for Third & Lamar Media has the ability to livestream from the Studio.

With a capacity of 150, the Inn Cahoots Rooftop is one of the largest roof decks on the Eastside - and certainly claims the best view. Key features include a private entrance, stage, 5 cabanas, full sound system and a large bar. It is partially-covered, and misting fans are included.
