    The shared kitchen and mostly person-free experience here was a little different, but efficient and comfortable. The check-in and checkout process was very simple via text. One time, upon entering the lobby, a friendly employee came out to ensure I had everything I needed, otherwise the front desk was not staffed, but had a phone number to call if necessary. Since I had no issues, this quick and easy entry and exit was perfect. The rooms are attractive and comfortable. I wasn’t sure at first about the shared kitchen on each floor, but I did make use of it to reheat food, store in the refrigerator, and refill my water bottle with ice and water. It was quite comfortable to sit there and eat rather than in the hotel room and allowed for more amenities than could be in a single room. I was very pleased with the experience at Kinn Guesthouse!

    We had a fantastic experience. Rooms were clean, quiet, cool, and comfortable. Common area was really nice too. As other reviews have said there is a bit of road noise but not bad at all and not the fault of the facility…it’s an urban location. Location is really perfect for exploring the city.

    Kinn Guesthouse is a lovely place with exceptional security and excellent location. It felt very private. The shared huge kitchen and dining area for each floor was beautiful and we rarely saw anyone else of the other guests. But when we did it was very pleasant.

Yes, we have a partnership with Huron Garage located at 511 N Broadway, 1/2 block southwest of the hotel entrance. You are welcome to load/unload in our loading zone directly in front of our front doors. Self-parking is available at the rate of $24 for up to 24 hours and allows in-and-out privileges.

A booking has a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum as mutually agreed.
Yes, all our event facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have (2) ADA-compliant rooms on property on our second floor, with elevator access to the second floor and accessible restrooms available if applicable.
