Yes, we offer discounted event parking rates. Overnight rates are the current standard rates.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps and/or elevators at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
We do not allow outside alcohol. All alcohol must be provided by the hotel.
Tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and hotel linens, bars, back bars, stage, dance floor. Set up and Teardown of hotel's equipment.
Our hotel is located 3 miles away from San Diego International Airport. You can reach our venue by public transportation via the bus, or by private car or taxi/uber.
Your event includes six hours from start to finish. Set up is 2 hrs. before the event and teardown is 1 hour after the event. Any additional time will be quoted by your Sales & Events Team
All your vendors will need to have a 1 million insurance policy and turn in a COI. You do not to be personally insurance but it is highly recommended.
