Offering eye-catching views of the river, its outdoor space provides the perfect backdrop for ceremonies and cocktail hours. The interior's Mezzanine is suitable for small gatherings and is capable of hosting up to 40 seated guests. Here, your loved ones can mix and mingle while admiring the fashionable architectural details. The Main Floor can be used for receptions, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flow in. In addition to its sleek event spaces, the venue boasts a state-of-the-art catering kitchen.

BEST VENUE EVER
I cannot express enough how perfect my wedding day was at Poplar Hall. This venue is truly a dream. It’s stunning, modern, and beautifully designed—plus the landscape around the property gives you endless photo opportunities without ever needing to leave. Everything is easily accessible, and having a hotel just a short walk away made the entire weekend seamless for us and our guests. Poplar Hall offered fantastic food recommendations, an awesome bar menu, and—best of all—a coordinator included with the venue. And let me tell you… Nikki is extraordinary. She was the calm, organized, joyful presence every bride hopes for. Throughout the planning process, she met with us, guided us, and always knew exactly what needed to be done and when. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran flawlessly and kept me completely stress‑free. She decorated for us, ran our rehearsal (even though it wasn’t held at Poplar Hall), and handled cleanup so that at the end of the night all we had to do was load our boxes and head out. She even referred to me as “Mrs.” all night long and again on our final invoice—such a small detail, but one that meant so much. Poplar Hall is breathtaking, and Nikki is truly a gem. I am endlessly grateful that we chose this venue. I would recommend Poplar Hall to any couple looking for a beautiful space and a coordinator who genuinely cares about making your day perfect.

Poplar was a dream to work with. Nicki was AMAZING. No day of coordinator needed, she handled everything day of. As a bride, I had no stress - she was amazing! Such a great space for an event.
