If Vendor cancels this Event it will pay charges to Four Winds assessed as follows (including guest room block if applicable): 0-30 days from start date: Vendor is responsible for 90% of total estimated event costs 31-180 days from start date: Vendor is responsible for 40% of total estimated event costs 180+ days from start of date: Vendor will forfeit initial Event deposit or 20% of total estimated Event costs This fee is plus applicable taxes, within 30 days after cancellation as a reasonable estimate of the harm the cancellation will cause the Four Winds.

Nearest Airport is South Bend International which is 6.3miles away – roughly 13 minutes. We do offer a shuttle service for a fee, can arrange car service for a fee or you could rent a vehicle on site at the airport.

Vendors that will be working on site including Band, DJ, Videographer, Photographer, Florist all need to carry liability insurance. It is not necessary for Bride and Groom but is more common now a days for bride and groom to also take out day of insurance.
