About this venue

Samara Farm is a magical event space on 12 acres of farm and forest just outside Bellingham, WA. Rental includes stays in our treehouses. Old-growth maples tower over an open-air timber-frame cathedral that seats up to 200. Guests dine on the front lawn overlooking a huge flower and vegetable garden and peak-a-boo views of Mt. Baker and the Twin Sisters. Options for camping, and a huge firepit area for late night chilling

The most magical venue
Going into wedding planning, I knew this space would be so spectacular, but it truly exceeded our expectations. Between the treehouses, the cathedral, the flower gardens, the wooded area were we spent most of our evening, and all the little details in between, everything was incredible. Our guests raved about how special the venue was. Emily and Miles are so attentive and planning was easy. They kept me posted on continuous updates they've been making to the space and equipment and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Cannot speak highly enough of this space and our perfect day.

Dream Venue
Samara Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we first reached out, Emily and Miles were incredibly helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - the spacious property and whimsical treehouses created such an enchanting atmosphere for our special day. We loved having the ability to decorate and lay out the venue exactly how we envisioned, and they was so accommodating throughout the entire process. Being able to stay in the treehouses with our bridal party for the whole weekend made the experience even more magical. We are so grateful to Samara Farm for helping to make our wedding day truly unforgettable!

Beautiful farm, beautiful people
Miles and Emily are awesome. Love the combination of feeling like you're in the forest with trees like Big Leaf Maple towering over you (three tree houses are being built right now) and also on a farm, with a giant field (literally exploding with sunflowers at the height of summer), vegetable and flower garden, and a lawn. There's also a fire pit, swing, and just lots of other little hidden gems. It's rustic and romantic with lots of space for your own vision/creativity.
