Best Decision (Besides Marrying Each Other)
The Best Decision We Made (Besides Marrying Each Other!) Choosing Stroudsmoor Country Inn was, without question, one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly sets Stroudsmoor apart is the people. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day unforgettable. Our day-of coordinator, Kaylie, was nothing short of incredible. I truly don't know how she managed to take every single detail I had envisioned and execute it so flawlessly. She anticipated our needs before we even realized we had them and made the entire day feel effortless. From hiding our rings under a chair before the ceremony, to rearranging the cocktail hour space to better fit the flow of our guests, to making sure our meals weren't served until after we finished taking photos—she thought of absolutely everything. It was the little details that made such a huge difference, and not a single one went unnoticed. As a bride, it's hard to completely hand over control after spending months (or years!) planning your wedding. Kaylie made that so easy. She allowed me to be fully present, enjoy every moment with my husband, family, and friends, and never once worry about what was happening behind the scenes. That peace of mind is priceless. The entire Stroudsmoor team was exceptional. From the banquet staff to everyone working behind the scenes, every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and professional. Our guests are still talking about how attentive everyone was and how smoothly the entire day flowed. We never had to ask for anything because the staff was always one step ahead. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Every space—from the ceremony site to cocktail hour and the reception—felt elegant, timeless, and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like something out of a fairytale. Looking back at our photos, I still can't believe that was our wedding. Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and Stroudsmoor played an enormous role in making it everything we had dreamed of and more. If you're considering getting married here, don't hesitate. You aren't just booking a beautiful venue, you're gaining an incredible team that genuinely cares about making your wedding perfect. To Kaylie, Grayson, Colleen, and the entire Stroudsmoor family: thank you for giving us memories we'll cherish for the rest of our lives. We are forever grateful, and if we had to do it all over again, we would choose Stroudsmoor every single time.

Stress-free, all inclusive, great value
We chose Woodsgate at the Stroudsmoor inn and couldn't have made a better decision. We loved the venue's natural beauty and the fact that it was all-inclusive. The food, cake, bar, decor, and flowers were all done on site, making it extremely convenient that the heads of each department could communicate internally throughout the planning process. This reduced the amount of work/communication on our end. The morning of our wedding, the flowers (which were gorgeous!) and lunch food (which was delicious!) were delivered right to our rooms, where we got ready. Our entire bridal party stayed on site throughout the whole weekend, which eliminated travel for them and also contributed to the overall convenience of this venue. We even had our rehearsal dinner at the main inn on Friday night, enjoying the dinner buffet in the Stone Room. We have to give a special shoutout to Grace, Taylor, and Bronte. On our wedding day, the entire team attended to us as the bride and groom, checking in and making sure we felt relaxed and confident that everything would be perfect. We got so many compliments from our guests on the food as well. There was an abundance of appetizers, and the dinners were hot and delicious. We couldn't recommend Stroudsmoor enough!

Couldn’t have picked a better Venue!
From the moment we first reached out to the team at Stroudsmoor Country Inn, we were impressed by their consistent, reliable, and understanding communication style. The quality of their work was truly outstanding and amazing - they wowed our guests with their impeccable service and catered to everyone's needs throughout the entire day. Once we saw the Terraview venue, we knew we had to have it. The team was incredibly personable and accommodating, making our special day feel truly magical. We cannot recommend Stroudsmoor Country Inn highly enough for any couple looking for a breathtaking wedding venue with top-notch service.

Wedding of Our Dreams!
Our wedding at the Stroudsmoor was absolutely incredible, and we truly cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience felt peaceful, organized, and completely stress-free. The accommodations were beautiful, and the entire morning leading up to the wedding felt calm and worry-free...exactly what every couple hopes for on their big day. Our wedding coordinator, Grace, went above and beyond in every way. She made sure every detail was set up exactly as we envisioned and was always one step ahead, keeping everything running smoothly. Right before our ceremony was scheduled to begin, we were unexpectedly told that our officiant had not arrived and had completely forgotten about our wedding. What could have been a complete disaster turned into one of the most memorable moments of the day thanks to Grace’s quick thinking. Luckily, my husband's great-uncle, who is an ordained minister, stepped in to officiate. Grace immediately helped by rewriting a ceremony script for him to follow and guiding everything behind the scenes, so our ceremony went off without a hitch. Because of her professionalism and calmness, what could have been a very stressful experience turned into a meaningful and unforgettable moment. We ended up being married by our dear family member. Communication throughout the entire day was outstanding, and we always felt completely taken care of. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or a more beautiful place to celebrate our wedding. Thank you to the entire team at Stroudsmoor and especially Grace, for making our day so special!

Perfect Winter Wedding
We were married 12/27/25 at Woodsgate at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn. There was truly magic in the air. Everything leading up to the day was seamless, and come the wedding weekend, the magic continued. This venue takes care of everything - lodging, decorations, F&B, floral arrangements, wedding cake, hair & make up services, and the on-site team that helps you every step of the way. Woodsgate is simply stunning, the beautiful building along with the ethereal woodland chapel. Although there was a snow storm and we couldn’t use the chapel, the staff ensured we had a beautiful ceremony underneath the outdoor pavilion which was gorgeous in itself. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, we opted for a welcome hot cocoa bar, 35 passed hor d’ourves for cocktail hour, delicious entrees, an amazing chocolate raspberry buttercream wedding cake, and my personal favorite a milk & cookies dessert bar! We utilized the bridal studio for hair & make up and our ledgemere suite was top tier. We even had our rehearsal dinner onsite at their restaurant in the stone room with a delicious seafood buffet. Grace was our wedding coordinator who is an absolutely doll & was lovely to work with! Our winter wonderland wedding day was so special, so seamless, and was truly the best day of our lives.
