The Roses Have Arrived
We Got married at Boulder Ridge two weeks ago and everything was perfect!! The venue itself is gorgeous and has a good amount of space to have a ceremony and reception without feeling too crowded, plus the way it lights up at night is so magical!! The planning and coordination team was communicative during the entire wedding planning process, they were very flexible with their check-in meetings, and during each check-in they would go through the entirety of what we've planned so far and would bullet point TBDs after each meeting. It was a very stress-free planning experience for me, I never felt overwhelmed with my wedding planning. For the wedding day itself, everything went smoothly. Upon arrival to the venue, our coordinator Emily was on her A-game, she fulfilled any requests I had before walking down the aisle (she provided fruit and helped me to the bathroom without the groom seeing me), she helped with fluffing my train and bustling it for the reception, she gave us our specialty drinks after walking down the aisle and stayed close by during the reception in case we needed something. The only minor hiccup we had was the Photo Booth breaking down, but Brianna was right there problem solving to get it to work again. Diego made really good drinks and brought great energy to the bar area. His margaritas are 10000000/10. Overall, I'm really happy that we decided on Boulder Ridge. I would highly recommend them for any brides looking for destination wedding venues and want to skip the hassle of trying to research vendors on their own - Wedgewood has their own internal team and preferred vendors that work well together.

An incredible venue and experience!
We just got married and Boulder Ridge and it was incredible! Truly such a great day, Emily and Brianna helped the day run smoothly and the planning team- Melissa, Kelli, Tiffany, and Ingrid made the planning process stress-free and easy. Big thanks to everyone else who made the day great! Alejandro, Gustavo, Diego, Lucas, Nate, and Shawnti made sure our guests had a great time and we are so grateful!

Magical Venue
We had our summer wedding reception here and it was simply breath taking! The golf course is ethereal during golden hour. The entire WW team was so professional, efficient, and accommodating throughout each aspect of wedding planning leading up to our actual reception. The recommended vendors were so great and we were impressed by the communication and services! Food was delicious, and the amenities were plenty. Special shout-out to Tiffany and Emily for helping us coordinate and execute all the last minute details despite many changes!

Beautiful wedding at Boulder Ridge
First off we want to give a huge shout out to Emily, our coordinator. She was extremely professional, personable with us and our wedding party, and just made us feel like we could relax and enjoy our day. She handled the bride's stress with decorations on the rehearsal day with such grace and really put me at ease, she made sure we got the dip down for the ceremony, and we loved how well she got along with everyone right away and was able to establish trust quickly: getting in on our inside jokes early and even taking a bridesmaid's baby so she could go get her food. Tony, our banquet captain was very sweet and made sure we got to do all the things we asked for in our reception and that went smoothly. He always made sure I had a fresh drink :) Diego and Krystal were great bartenders! Diego was very popular amongst our guests and was really nice. Javier and Alessandro in the kitchen were great, we only heard raving reviews about the food. We loved the food as well, especially because we were concerned because at the extravaganza event earlier, we did not really like the food as much. So we were relieved the food was so good. DJ Brian was so great too! He was super nice and positive in our meeting through the event. We especially appreciate his effort with playing the video to surprise my dad. The servers (Gisselle, Lucas, Kennia, and Nate) were great as well and made sure we had drinks and apps and the guests said they did well. Kelli, Tiffany, and Melissa were also good. I appreciated the quick response every time I texted about a question or a change. They would call me right away. That helped planning tremendously and made me feel like I was in good hands.

Amazing wedding experience!
From our first conversation with the team at Boulder Ridge By Wedgewood Weddings, we knew we had made the right choice. They were quick to respond to our questions and genuinely collaborative throughout the planning process, remembering every little detail we discussed and bringing our vision to life. What impressed us most was how special and cared for they made us feel at every step. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and so convenient, which meant we could focus on enjoying our day rather than stressing about logistics.
