Definite recommend!
I cannot recommend Groveland Fairways/Wedgewood weddings enough! What drew us to this venue due to the all inclusive aspect. It took all the stress off of finding our own vendors knowing Wedgewood had already vetted them. Our DJ company changed about 5 weeks prior to our wedding which was a stressor, but honestly for the better! They communicated it transparently and when I continued to have worries, the GM Taylor called me to talk things through and even called me on her cell phone after hours to ease my angst. Our dance floor was FULL the entire night which was super important to us. DJ Dom checked in with us periodically throughout the night and was so professional and really got the crowd excited. There was a mishap with our floral colors two hours before our ceremony, probably the first time I truly panicked but our coordinator Reagan immediately took care of it and the entire issue was rectified before guests even arrived - this meant EVERYTHING to me knowing it would be handled behind the scenes so I could just enjoy time with my bridesmaid and future husband doing our first look. Reagan genuinely was like “What’s wrong, I will fix it, you relax”. Daria our banquet captain was an angel, she recommended we take time to eat together and she politely warded off our guests to allow us a moment together. This was so awesome and I recommend everyone do it! I really have nothing but wonderful things to say. Our wedding was perfect. Groveland recently had renovations and it is absolutely gorgeous! I would 100/10 recommend anyone to this venue! Big thank you to everyone who was a part of our day - Reagan, Daria, Taylor, Dom, Kim, Maddie, Haley, Kathy, Eli, and Blake!

Reagan, Daria, Jess, and Matt made the planning process smooth and fun, always ready to help us get every detail right. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and our guests couldn't stop talking about both the space and the food—it was clear they felt how special the day was. Groveland Fairways has been great so far!!!
It has been a pleasure working with all the people at Groveland Fairways. Any questions we've had are always answered quickly. Also, they're not just knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the venue itself, but they've given us plenty of advice on other parts of wedding as well. We recently had our big "planning meeting" with Matt. It went very well and left us feeling reassured that our wedding day would go as smoothly as possible!

A perfect venue.
From start to finish, Groveland Fairways by Wedgewood Weddings made our wedding planning stress-free and simple. Their team communicated clearly with us throughout the process and provided the guidance we needed at every step. Especially as a queer couple (two Brides!), having a friendly, open-minded staff was critical, and we felt loved and respected the whole way, with staff and vendors who were open to our vision for a wedding that was simultaneously traditional and queer-modern. What really set them apart was their one-stop-shopping experience—having the venue and preferred vendors all vetted and ready to go meant we didn't have to hunt down reliable people on our own. Their website included a helpful checklist that kept us organized, and it was such a relief knowing the staff and vendors personally knew and understood the space inside and out. On our wedding day, every vendor showed up ready to deliver, and the staff was genuinely friendly and supportive. Everything about Groveland Fairways was worth it, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful, spacious venue with a team that actually cares.

What a great experience!
From the time we booked the venue to the end of the wedding night, we were so pleased. There were no surprises during the planning process, and it was so easy...they walked us through, literally, everything. All the anxiety that we could have felt during the process of planning our wedding was taken away. On the day of our wedding it was snowing, beautiful, and the venue was so comfortable. The ceremony was inside and the fireside room was gorgeous. We took before pictures and the room was set up around us. We took priority throughout the entire day. Matt, Nicole and Erin were all such a delight! My dress zipper broke and they jumped into action. With such ease and zero drama, my dress was fixed. We laughed and joked the whole time and felt like these are people we could go out to lunch with. They became our best friends that day. They took care of everything and had an easy-going attitude while they worked their butts off for us. The food was really good too! A lot of people commented on how good it was. The night was over before we knew it and when we left, I was actually sad to say goodbye to our experts. We can't say enough good stuff about them. If I could give them extra stars, I would!
