    The Barn at Timber Ridge Wedding

    My wedding was 09/06/2026. I was over the moon with absolutely everyone here. The way the staff and the owner take care of their clients was amazing. We used all the in house services, their Day of Coordinator (She was amazing and made the whole process seamless. I feel like if there was a hiccup. I didn’t know, because she handled it.).The set up and take down crew were timely and handled everything swiftly. They put out our wedding favors and menus out which made the morning so much easier. They also picked up important and little gifts left behind at the end of the night to give back to us! The recommended florist we used through them was also fantastic! She came early in the morning to set up and she made my dream bouquet come true! Everything about the process to achieve it was so easy. Then the in house photographer and videographer were on point they gave us choices, got all the shots we wanted, and even put in some creative twist. Then the food was to die for! The in house caterer made the best chicken, green beans, and pasta. We got so many compliments on it with charcuterie board appetizer too. We also used their in house bartender, she knows how to have a good time and the guest loved her. We had some requests and she made all of those come true! The in house DJ was also amazing, the day of double checking if the song was correct and then adding songs if we forgot one. He played the best hits and was announcing all of our moments for us. He made each moment easy, so we didn’t have to find a guest/parent to announce what was happening. You need to also get the photo booth if you book, it is a huge hit and the photos are always fantastic! The communication from this venue was on point. Everyone contacted us early and then checked in through out the year before our wedding. I would say if you want an all inclusive, up scale feel this is definitely the right place. I would 1000% book here again and recommend to everyone.

    We had the most amazing experience with our wedding venue! It truly had everything we needed to make our wedding day perfect. The location was fantastic and made everything so convenient for us and our guests. Communication throughout the entire planning process was great, and everyone was so helpful and responsive. Our day-of coordinator was absolutely amazing and made the entire day run so smoothly. She took care of so many little details and made sure we could relax and enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything. We are so thankful we chose this venue and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for the perfect place to celebrate their special day! 💕

    My husband and I got married here in June 2026 and it was an absolute dream! We could not have asked for a better wedding venue. From the start, everything was absolutely wonderful. The venue hosted frequent open-houses to explore the plethora of decor selections, trial meal options, and ask any questions before our big day. Everyone on staff was so kind, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. The property itself is beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our wedding day. The planning portal was also incredibly user-friendly. It kept everything organized and made the entire planning process feel seamless. On top of that, all the vendors they recommended and worked with were amazing. We were so impressed with the quality and professionalism of everyone involved. Our wedding day was truly everything we hoped it would be, and we are so grateful to the entire team for helping make it so special. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful property, wonderful hosts, and a stress-free wedding experience!

Yes! We have plenty of on-site parking, so your guests can pull right up without a second thought. The lot is warmly lit at night too, so whenever the celebration wraps up, everyone can find their way back to their car easily and safely. One less thing to plan — just another way we've got your day covered. :)
So much more than you'd expect! Your rental includes tables, white linens, overlays, burlap runners, wood slabs, barrel tops, lanterns, bells, mason jars, and vases — plus chairs matched to your ceremony site: up to 250 wooden cross-back chairs for The Reflection, black modern cross-back chairs for The Arbors, or premium cane chairs for The Chandelier Room. Sweetheart linens, drapery, arches, doors, table numbers, and vintage decor are all yours to style as you wish.
It is $1000 to reserve your date and that will go toward your venue fee. There is another $1000 payment due within 120 days from the booking. Generally we like to see at least $500/month go toward your balance, but we can work your payment plan out when booking. The full contract fees, including any additional vendors are due 6 months prior to your event.
Our most-loved months are May, June, September, and October — when the timber woods and lake are at their most breathtaking, and the weather feels like it was made for saying "I do." Holiday weekends tend to book up quickly too, as couples love weaving a little extra celebration into an already special time of year. If your heart is set on one of these dates, we'd recommend reaching out early — these are the weekends our couples dream about most, and they go fast!
Yes — our facilities are wheelchair accessible. A ramp at our front entrance lets you pull right up with ease, and a brand-new sidewalk, stamped with little hearts along the way, leads guests from the parking lot straight to the barn doors. It's a small detail, but one we love — a path made with just as much heart as the celebration waiting at the end of it.
Our quieter months are January, February, and March — and honestly, some of our favorite weddings happen here. There's a hushed, cozy magic to a winter wedding at Timber Ridge: frost on the trees, string lights glowing a little brighter against the early dark, and the barn feeling warm and intimate against the chill outside. If you're dreaming of a softer, more romantic season (with a little more flexibility on your date), this is a beautiful time to say "I do."
We keep it simple for you — outside alcohol isn't permitted, but don't worry about that, cause we've already got it covered! Our team handles the bar from start to finish, so there's no permits to chase, no liability to worry about, and no last-minute liquor store runs. Just tell us your vision (or let us surprise you with a signature cocktail or two), and we'll take care of the rest. One more thing off your plate, one more reason to just enjoy the party :)
