The Coachman Event Venue is absolutely beautiful - such a charming space with so much character! Their annual Spring Market is one of my favorite events to attend each year. It’s always filled with talented local vendors, great energy, and the perfect atmosphere for a day of shopping and connection. You can really tell how much care and attention to detail goes into every event they host. A true gem in downtown Aurora!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Coachman Event Venue—this place truly made our wedding dreams come true! From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect spot, but the level of care, flexibility, and personal touches we experienced far exceeded even our highest expectations. A huge and heartfelt shoutout to Jennifer Brown, the onsite wedding coordinator, who was nothing short of a miracle worker. When unexpected rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, Jennifer seamlessly pivoted our entire setup indoors—without missing a beat. Her calm, professional demeanor kept us at ease, and the indoor ceremony space ended up being absolutely breathtaking. Jennifer went above and beyond, from setting up every detail perfectly to designing us a custom mirror and personalized decals for our wedding Jordans. It’s these thoughtful, unique touches that truly set her apart. We also want to thank Jenn York, the amazing owner of The Coachman. Jenn was incredibly accommodating, kind, and so easy to work with throughout the planning process. She made everything feel effortless and was always there to support us with a smile. It’s clear that she cares deeply about every couple that walks through her doors. Thanks to The Coachman and their phenomenal team, our wedding was everything we imagined and more. If you’re looking for a venue that blends elegance, warmth, and exceptional service, this is the place. We’re so grateful for this unforgettable experience!

We got married at The Coachman in June, and we truly could not have chosen a more beautiful venue for our special day. The charming town of Aurora was an added bonus, offering countless picturesque locations for wedding photos and making our day even more memorable. One of the things that made our experience so exceptional was the incredible team behind The Coachman. Jennifer B., the venue manager, is absolutely fantastic. She never missed a beat and helped keep everything organized and on track throughout the planning process. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication gave us so much confidence and peace of mind leading up to our wedding day. Owner Jennifer Y. is equally amazing. Both Jennifer B. and Jennifer Y. were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and patient with all of our questions along the way. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more. The venue was stunning, the atmosphere was magical, and every detail came together perfectly. We are so grateful to the entire The Coachman team for helping create memories that will last a lifetime. What a beautiful venue! It was a perfect place for our class reunion and I can imagine how awesome it would be for a wedding reception. A business conference or product fair would find it to be a perfect large room for them. Communication with the owners was always quick, friendly and helpful above and beyond.
