    Wedding 5/8/26

    We can’t even begin to describe how amazing it was working with the team at The High Five to put together our dream wedding. We worked with Giana and Jillian throughout the several months leading up to the big day, and they helped us create the most beautiful, elegant wedding we could have imagined. They responded quickly to all of our emails and the many questions we had. They were always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. They both were there to help coordinate the day of as well and did such an amazing job making the whole day flow perfectly, allowing both my husband and I to relax and be present. We didn’t worry for a second that something would go wrong because these two were on top of everything. We are so grateful for Giana, Jillian, and everyone at The High Five for making our dream wedding a reality!

    The High Five GR had poor communication, was unclear, and at times misleading throughout the planning process. While the space itself is beautiful, open, and has a great bridal suite, the venue coordinators were largely absent during our reception and unhelpful in making sure aspects of the venue were squared away such as lighting. We later learned that a recent venue coordinator had been fired for charging couples for misrepresented services that were not actually provided, and there was also construction happening during our wedding that was never communicated to us. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor service from the venue team really detracted from the memories our special day.

    The High Five GR was a fantastic wedding venue for our special day. Their communication throughout the planning process was clear and concise, making it easy for us to coordinate all the details. The venue itself had an elegant, clean, and industrial aesthetic that perfectly matched the look and feel we were going for. When we expressed a concern about the spacing for our ceremony, the staff addressed it promptly and made the space look absolutely stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would highly recommend The High Five GR to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run wedding venue.
