We got married at the Indian Trail Club this past October and it was the best decision we made for our wedding! The grounds are amazing, we were able to have our wedding ceremony outside in front of the lake at their stunning ceremony space. The lake is serene and beautiful. We also had access to a beautiful beach, dock, and grassy grounds which were perfect for photos. Inside the venue is the beautiful, spacious ballroom with large windows overlooking the lake and the cozy cocktail hour room with fireplaces and getting ready spaces. There were tons of different food options to choose from for cocktail hour and dinner and the food was all delicious. Most impressive were the people who work there. We had the pleasure of working with Dana and Debbie throughout our wedding planning process. They were kind, helpful, attentive, and extremely responsive from our first email inquiry until after our wedding day and helped us have the wedding of our dreams. To this day people still talk about how amazing the venue was and how good the food and cocktails were. We cannot recommend ITC enough !

Indian Trail Club is a very special wedding venue that I would recommend to all couples looking to marry in the North Jersey area. In our opinion, it was the absolute perfect place to be for a wedding. What stood out to us right away at ITC was the personalized touch Debbie and her team brough to us. First off, they give you the venue as early at 9:00 am the day of the wedding. You can show up and have the place to yourself for makeup, hair, and all the set up for vendors. There is only your wedding for the day on the premise, so you truly are the only focus for the staff that day. It was truly special and so personal. They also met with us multiple times before the big day to go over details and walk us through the entire wedding day process. There was nothing left to chance. On the day, the staff arrived and helped us through each step of the day, kept our schedule on time, and coordinated all vendors on site. One thing we did find helpful too was that since we did not hire a wedding planner, we had to take on the vendor coordination and management of their schedules upcoming to the big day. Working with ITC helped us greatly as they were easy to communicate with and coordinate all the vendors schedules and drop off times. Once the day came, ITC took over and made sure everything we had planned on our end had been implemented. So from the cake drop off, to the wedding topper placement, the bands set up, and florist arrival and se tup were all managed by the team once on site that day. When it came to the venue itself, we absolutely loved it. We had a wedding in December, so it was somewhat unconventional but is something my husband and I would recommend to everyone to consider, especially at ITC. The venue was the definition of a cozy winter wonderland. The venue was covered in winter decor, including Christmas trees, garland, and candles. The venue is somehow cozy but still so spacious. We held easily 200 guests for our day there. Our guests could easily find a spot to sit and chat with their loved ones without having to scream over the band or find a spot for themselves a spacious spot on the dance floor. We had a full 4 person band with instruments and had more than enough room to accommodate everyone looking to dance that night. Finally, the food, which my husband placed as his number one priority for the venue selection. From the massive cocktail hour, to the highly elevated three course dinner selection, and finally full Viennese hour, ITC delivered. The food was the best food all of our guests reported having had at a wedding. Everything was fresh, made to order, and delivered out on time so the night flowed perfectly. My husband still talks about how amazing the ice sculpture of his personal boat was which accompanied our raw bar. The team at ITC goes above and beyond in every way to make you and your entire family feel so welcome and seen on that day, it truly was an experience we would recommend to anyone looking for an elegant but personalized wedding experience.
