Nestled in the heart of Teller County, our intimate venue offers a breathtaking setting among the aspens and pines, alongside a serene pond that creates an idyllic backdrop for your ceremony.       We loved our wedding

      We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Lost Dutchman Resort. From the moment we first visited, we knew this was exactly where we wanted to begin our forever.       Our experience with The Lost Dutchman Event Center was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was easy, thorough, and incredibly kind. The venue itself is simply beautiful, with a gorgeous lake view that provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. The space was clean and cozy, and we felt we got great value for our money. They went above and beyond to make our day special - they let us use some of their leftover pumpkins to complement our decor, and even made a special to-go plate for my husband and I after the reception. The staff was communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process, and made everything so easy for us, from picking the menu to setup and cleanup. I loved every second of my time at my wedding, and I truly can't say enough good things about The Lost Dutchman Event Center. They helped make our day absolutely perfect.

      The perfect venue!

      I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Lost Dutchman Event Center. Nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Florissant, this venue offers scenery that is nothing short of magical.       This place is beautiful!!

      The team at The Lost Dutchman Event Center was quick, caring, and attentive throughout our entire wedding planning process. The venue itself is truly special - spacious, with a rustic, indoor/outdoor feel that was perfect for our vision. They were extremely detail-oriented and really listened to what we wanted for our big day.     No, we work with you to customize your bar based on your preferences. We have a variety of tap beers, wines, canned cocktails, signature cocktails, and N/A drinks. You'll choose the amount you'd like to host for the bar.

    We are located approximately 50 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport and 2 hours from Denver International Airport.
    Yes. The parking lot is located approximately 250 yards from the venue. Shuttle services are optional for an additional $350. Many opt to have guests shuttle a car load & walk. you may park up to 4 vehicles closer to the venue.
    Yes, all of our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
    No, our venue is fully insured.
    No, in-house catering only aside from specialty desserts from an approved vendor. We offer a variety of food options to fit your preferences. If you have a special request, don't hesitate to ask! No outside alcohol allowed.
    Please reach out for availability. We offer discounted rates for very small gatherings or a ceremony-only and can provide you a custom quote based off what you're looking for!
    A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date. 50% of your initial quote is due 2 months prior to the event. A $50 fee will be applied to all late payments. Guest count and final payment is due 2 weeks prior. A 2% processing fee will be added to payments made by credit card.
    Catering: 50% deposit of your initial quote due 2 months prior to event. Final menu selections, guest count, & remaining balance due 2 weeks prior. 20% service charge will be applied to total. All food, beverage, and related service charges are subject to applicable Colorado state & local sales tax. A $50 fee will be applied to all late payments. A 2& processing fee will be added to payments made by credit card. Bar: A $35/hr fee applied covering setup, cleanup, & staffing. $250 tab minimum. Final bar payment due at the end of the event and is subject to applicable sales tax. A 2% processing fee will be added to payments made by credit card.
    Well behaved dogs are allowed outside, on leash. We cannot have pets inside, aside from service animals. Please clean up after them!
    No. Only members of the Lost Dutchman Resort can camp. There are plenty of Airbnb, VRBO, and other lodging available nearby! If you're interested in becoming a member at the Lost Dutchman private fishing & camping resort, visit their website: https://lostdutchmanresort.com/
    You are free to use the restrooms, which is a good option to get changed into wedding attire. For an additional charge of $100, we can set up an area in the loft for the bridal party to get ready which includes privacy panels and a mirror. Our team will break this down once the ceremony starts!
    Yes, typically we hold ceremonies in front of the pond where we can fit about 50 chairs ($200 upcharge for wooden chairs versus plastic). You can also opt for a ceremony in the back of the venue which has plenty of amphitheater-type seating. If the weather is severe, we can move the ceremony inside either on the stage or the loft.
