Can’t beat the location in Vail, but I was pretty underwhelmed by our overall experience. We did a one-night stay, and the room alone was almost $800 — and that’s for a standard room, not a suite. On top of that, there was an additional $65 for parking and another $65 resort fee. That’s where it started to feel like we were being nickel-and-dimed. We mainly used the pool, and it was pretty much in disarray — plastic cups scattered everywhere, including in the pool itself, which we had to pull out ourselves, despite being the only ones there. Add in $24 margaritas, and it just didn’t feel worth it. Don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon.

I am always up for positive reviews but sometimes they're hard times you need to put the negative review on for the price of this hotel which was over 2,500 for three nights I received food from the hotel and it was complete raw meat it was disgusting the AC broke down there was no microwave which I thought was weird the water was turned off for maintenance repairs the games and the game room were not working and the statements on the website saying that the sauna and steam room were available for guests is only included if you purchase spa treatments breakfast is also not included everything was extremely pricey and was not what I was thinking there was masking tape on the ceiling in our room outlet covers were missing and the faucets in the restroom were leaking love the city and had a great time in the village but I would not recommend this hotel again also ahead of time I told the front desk when scheduling this that I was on my honeymoon and wanted a room at the top and one with a good view of the scenery there was plenty of room I could tell because they were not a lot of people staying at the hotel at this time and they stuck us on the third floor facing a hallway and a building on the other window not to mention I asked for a few items for my wife champagne roses and chocolates that I paid for in advance and they gave it to us after we arrived even though they were giving 6 hours notice that we would be there on time for check in

The people and staff are lovely. However, the pillows are awful & them hallways are like a funhouse.
