About this venue
The Village Club at Lake Success sits on the edge of the pristine Lake Success with breathtaking views of tranquil waters and lush foliage. We invite you to celebrate your wedding against a backdrop of Spanish-deco architecture and impeccably manicured property. From the outdoor patios overlooking the golf course to the terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows just yards away from the lake, the views are stunning no matter the season. Indulge in an exclusive country club atmosphere that is also conveniently located less than 20 miles from New York City and easily accessible to all points on Long Island.

The Terraces
The epitome of an indoor/outdoor venue, the Village Club at Lake Success features two spacious terraces. The large terrace just outside the cocktail hour space shows off our state-of-the-art golf course and invites your guests to enjoy their delicious cocktail hour fare while taking in the views. Our second terrace, located directly off the ballroom, is a favorite amongst our couples. With both lakeside and golf course views, it is the ideal location for a beautiful ceremony or al fresco dining.
The Ballroom
Dark wood flooring, suede wall coverings, a faux exposed brick wall and floor-ceiling-windows, you will be transported from a country club to a Manhattan loft in the blink of an eye. With a capacity of over 300, you can host your nearest and dearest (and then some!) in our beautiful luxurious event space.

The Grill Room
Restaurant by day, sleek event space by night! Recently renovated, the grill room is the perfect setting for an intimate gathering, dinner party or corporate event. With a wrap-around terrace, inviting bar, double-sided fireplace, and modern rustic design, this warm and elegant space is exactly where your next event needs to be!

wedding of a lifetime
My husband and I got married here last week and we are still coming down from an absolute HIGH! The day of your wedding can be super overwhelming and chaotic but we never knew about any of that because Barry and Amy took care of everything. That duo is not to be messed with - they run the tightest ship and you will be in the absolute best hands no matter the circumstance. We felt extremely taken care and prioritized - no email ever went unanswered and they took care of us in the best way possible. The venue is stunning and although I did want my ceremony outside, the weather had other plans...immediately when I got to the venue they were already setting up indoors and it looked better than I could have ever imagined. The indoor ceremony against the brick wall was absolutely gorgeous and everything ran so smoothly. The food is next level - wedding food normally you expect to be okay but this exceeded all expectations. Huge compliments to Kyle and the entire wait staff as well who take amazing care of all our food allergy guests, and helped to make it an amazing night. We simply had the best night - THIS is the place to get married, rain or shine. Best food, best staff - we truly could not have asked for anything more.

Our wedding at The Village Club
Took a week to come down from cloud 9 before we could write this message of gratitude. We had our wedding on 10/3 at The Village Club at Lake Success, and we could not have asked for a more perfect experience! From day one, working with Barry and Amy has been stress free. Questions were answered quickly, organized, and they provided thoughtful suggestions. On the day of the wedding, the rest of the team executed with precision. The team was attentive, smooth with transitions, and went above and beyond the make sure our families and guests were completely taken care of. Our guests could not stop raving about everything this venue had, the service, and the delicious menu. Shout out to Kyle, who led operations, and Maria (?), who led beverages! Our professional pictures are just starting to be returned to us, and we're seeing photos with spanish villa vibes, meadows, open grasslands, and beach. Everything ran on schedule, and we felt truly supported the entire night. If you are looking for a venue with a stunning aesthectic and incredible team, then look no further!

We had the absolute best experience at The Village Club of Lake Success! From our first tour through our after party, everything was seamless. Barry and Amy were incredibly responsive, organized, and truly cared about making our wedding perfect. They handled every detail, kept everything on schedule, and made us feel completely taken care of. The venue is beautiful, the grounds made for gorgeous photos, and the food was AMAZING—our guests are still raving about it! We couldn’t imagine celebrating anywhere else!

A Magical and Professional Venue
There are so many positive phrases and comments I would like to use about the Village Club at Lake Success but I am going to narrow it down to amazing, beyond helpful, fantastic staff and makes clients feel like family. From the moment we met Barry, we knew we would be in amazing hands for our September wedding. Barry listened to our vision we had in mind, how he and his team can bring to life and how he would be there to truly ensure the vision would be executed. Barry, along with Amy, put my mind at ease with every decision, every delegation and every single plan they put in place to ensure our wedding was magical. They were thoughtful when there were decisions I wanted and was able to speak to me about alternative plans that would work better. As I was my wedding planner, they were great in providing great recommendations for other vendors to use as well as the coordination on timing and ensuring the vendors would be on time and ready to rock and roll. I can truly say, yes VCLS is one of the most beautiful places to get married at (it's a golf course with beautiful and scenic views) but what made it perfect is Barry, Amy and team! You need a team who cares about their client, their special day and their vision and when I say they DO THAT AND MORE - that is all the TRUTH! If you are thinking of the perfect venue - please take a visit at Village Club and meet with the team...you will NOT regret it.
