      Perfectly perfect destination wedding

      From our first conversation with Casa Marina Key West, we knew we had found our venue. Marina Ray was incredibly helpful when we needed to reschedule our wedding due to an unexpected pregnancy, and she made the process feel easy instead of stressful. The reception tent had an authentic island feel that set the perfect tone, while our ceremony on the private beach overlooking the water was everything we dreamed of. Having our cocktail hour right next to the reception space created a seamless flow that our guests loved. The team's attention to timing made sure everything ran smoothly, and they even moved our rehearsal indoors at the last minute when the heat became too much before our sunset sail. Casa Marina didn't just host our wedding—they helped us celebrate our journey as a couple and new family !

      Casa Marina 5.30.26 - Flagler Lawn & Ballroom

      My daughter and son in law married at the beautiful Casa Marina Resort in Key West. Marina and the team made this experience easy. The wedding team executed my entire vision flawlessly from the beginning to the end. My wedding planner, Vicky Furman and my florist, Monika Duarte knew I had high expectations and understood every detail needed to be perfect. There’s more that goes into planning a wedding than colors and pretty flowers. The Casa Marina team understands all the logistics involved. Timing, set up, dinner and wine service, stage size…endless punch lists that need to be met before the ceremony begins. Casa Marina is a well oiled machine. I give a big round of applause to the chef that executed our sit down dinner service. The steak was hot and cooked perfectly. My guest were raving about the food and still do. Not only were the entrees delicious but all the food served from poolside to outdoor dining for the entire wedding weekend. Really appreciated the wine service for our sit down dinner too. Everyone was served promptly and never needed to go to the bar for a drink. We opted to have our reception in the Flagler ballroom. Best decision—it was private, intimate and absolutely breathtaking. Our florist, wedding planner, rental company, custom dance floor wrap and the Casa team turned the historic ballroom into a magical enchanted space filled with an abundance of florals, an 18’ long bar, 20’ stage and a 18’ back bar covered with flowers you can only dream about. You could hear our guest gasp when entering the ballroom. The entire team worked tirelessly to make this wedding event come to fruition. Marina allowed our florist to start set up late into the evening on Friday night for our Sat evening wedding. Guests are still talking about this day and can only come up with one word, MAGICAL! I also need to make mention of our photographer, MacyRyan and our videographer, Giselle Films. They made note of every picture and all the moments I wanted captured on film. They nailed it!! Please go and review their work; I give them high praise for their incredible talent. Thank you for making my daughters dreams come true and nailing every detail. I highly recommend Casa Marina, my wedding planner Vicky Furman, Monika Duarte, Macy Ryan, Gisele Films, Set the Table, Delsy Robles and all who participated in making this dream come true.

      Casa Wedding

      Just wow! Marina made planning our wedding feel stress-free and seamless. She was transparent about everything, answered our questions thoroughly, and treated us with genuine kindness throughout the entire process. Casa Marina delivered on every front—the venue was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff made sure our day ran perfectly. Marina's support didn't end when the ceremony started; she was there for us from the initial planning stages all the way through the morning after our wedding. Our room was even double upgraded. The quality of what they provided was top-notch, and their pricing felt fair for what we got. We would absolutely recommend Casa Marina to any couple looking for a reliable, caring venue team.

      Magical Wedding

    Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $45 and self-parking is $40 per night.
    Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
    Our resort is located 2.8 miles away from the Key West International Airport. You can reach our venue by taxi or ride share services. VIP transportation is available from the property team at an additional fee.
    Your deposit is non-refundable. After that, you will follow the cancellation policy in your contract based on date of cancellation.
    Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the resort. Our expert catering team offers thoughtfully curated bar packages, handcrafted cocktails, and premium selections designed to complement your celebration. From the first toast to the final pour, we'll ensure every sip is worthy of the occasion.
    Our peak seasons run from February through May and again from October through December.
    Our off-peak season falls in January and from June through September.
