Ward’s Farm is a flower farm wedding venue in South Jersey offering couples a naturally beautiful setting surrounded by seasonal blooms and open countryside. Since opening our gates for weddings and private events in 2019, we have become a destination for couples seeking a relaxed, authentic farm experience. Our flower fields typically bloom from July through October, with September and October being our most popular wedding months. Throughout the season, the farm transforms with colorful flower fields, sunflower blooms and autumn scenery, providing a backdrop that changes naturally with the seasons. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a celebration with family and friends, Ward’s Farm offers a unique opportunity to celebrate surrounded by the beauty of a working flower farm. For couples who want the most flexibility and the opportunity to truly settle into their wedding weekend, our Dahlia Package includes everything from the Sunflower Package plus dedicated setup time the day before your celebration. With four additional hours of access the day before your wedding, you can decorate, organize, and bring your vision to life without trying to accomplish everything on the wedding day itself.

Yes! Complimentary self-parking is available on-site for you and your guests.
Our wedding packages include 6-8 hours of venue rental, depending on the package selected. The Dahlia Package also includes 4 hours of setup time the day before.
All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the event.
We do not have a dedicated bridal suite on-site. Couples are welcome to plan their getting-ready arrangements off-site.
Our starting rental fee includes the venue, ceremony space with rustic bench seating, covered greenhouse reception area, long rectangular tables, a pre-made ceremony arch, seating for up to 100 guests, three standard portable restrooms with interior sinks, and private access to the entire farm. Packages vary and may include additional setup time and table linens.
Yes! We have a list of preferred vendors, but couples are welcome to choose their own vendors. All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Absolutely! Our weddings are fully customizable, and couples are encouraged to bring their own décor and personal touches.

Yes! Custom wedding floral packages are available as an add-on through Ward’s Farm.
Yes! Jars for pick-your-own flowers or DIY bouquet-making can be added as a guest favor.
Yes. A 25% non refundable retainer is required to secure and officially reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract, 14 days before your big day.
Yes. We welcome personal décor and creative touches, but open flames are not permitted. Hanging decorations must be approved in advance, and an additional fee applies for Ward’s Farm staff to install them. Due to the greenhouse plastic siding, nothing may be attached directly to the walls.
Yes! We allow couples to bring their own alcohol. All applicable rules and vendor requirements must be followed. COI is required for all vendors.
All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your wedding, any retainer and payments already made will not be refunded. Please review your contract for complete cancellation terms and conditions.
