The Sunroom offers a charming and intimate space for your wedding celebration, with plenty of room for guests to mingle, sit, and dance. There’s seating both inside and outside, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor vibe that many couples love. For drinks, guests can enjoy our private bar inside The Sunroom. As the night goes on, many wedding parties naturally make their way to The Marina Bar, just a short walk away, for a change of scenery and a more relaxed atmosphere.

This bar's vibe is fun, laid-back and the perfect spot to relax with a cold beer, a handcrafted cocktail, or one of our signature specials. Enjoy live music every Thursday, soak in the stunning lake views from our screened-in porch, and experience the laid-back, fun atmosphere that makes us a must-visit destination in Eagle River. Our resort is more than just a wedding venue. We have a host of outdoor activities for you to enjoy during your stay including our own private sandy beach, docks, fire pits, and green space. Throughout your wedding venue, enjoy the resort with family/friends by tanning on the docks, fishing, boating on chain, having a drink at The Marina Bar or around the resort, and a s'more (or two) by a cozy bonfire. Downtown Eagle River also is a fun visit with local shops, eateries, art classes, and more.

The Lodge
Our extra large cabin boasts 7000 sq feet of cozy ambiance for your family and friends to enjoy together.
Our incredible 7000 square foot extra large cabin called "The Lodge" is the best way to spend your weekend with family and friends. It is spacious and equipped with an excellent layout and lots of natural light. Directly across from The Sunroom (only steps away), We require our wedding couples to rent The Lodge with The Sunroom for their wedding weekend. It is the only requirement we have.

Absolutely Perfect From Beginning to End
We had the most incredible experience celebrating my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at the Everett Resort on August 22, 2026. What began as a wedding celebration turned into an unforgettable four-day experience for our entire family and all of our guests. From the very beginning, everything was absolutely perfect. The owners were truly amazing and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They were hands-on throughout the entire celebration and made everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the pride they take in their beautiful property. Every morning, they were up early, walking the grounds, making sure everything was clean, beautiful, and ready for the day ahead. They were always available and willing to do whatever they could to make the celebration exceptional. As the mother of the groom, I could not have asked for anything to go more smoothly. The care, dedication, and personal attention the owners put into making this wedding perfect was truly remarkable. They didn't just provide a beautiful venue—they helped create memories that our family and friends will cherish for years to come. The Everett Resort was the perfect setting for such an important and special occasion. We are incredibly grateful to the owners and their entire team for making these four days so memorable and absolutely wonderful. If you are considering the Everett Resort for your wedding or special event, I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. It was truly exceptional, and we will always look back on our time there with so much happiness and gratitude.

THE BEST WEEKEND EVER
What initially sold us on The Everett for our wedding was learning that it was a family-run business. You could immediately tell that they genuinely care not only about the people who choose to have their wedding there, but about the resort itself. We believed in that so much that we booked our wedding in the middle of winter after only seeing the property once—and, oh yeah, there were two feet of snow on the ground. But Jim sold us on the vision, and we trusted him! We couldn’t be happier to say that having faith in them ended up being one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. They do so many things that they simply don’t have to do, and they consistently go above and beyond in every way. As someone who has experience in the wedding industry as a photographer, I can confidently say that The Everett does things that 99% of other venues simply don’t—or won’t. Their level of care, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly sets them apart. Jim, Juli, Jeremy, Alyssia, and the entire family were nothing short of spectacular from the very beginning and throughout our entire wedding weekend. Our expectations of what you would hope for from the people hosting your wedding were completely blown out of the water. They put an incredible amount of time, effort, and heart into making our wedding weekend as perfect as it could possibly be, and it absolutely showed. I’m writing this review with my wife just two weeks after our wedding, and we are still overwhelmed with how incredible the entire experience was. Knowing what we know now and having experienced our wedding at The Everett, if we could do it all over again, there is not a single circumstance where we would choose to get married anywhere else. If The Everett fits what you’re looking for in a wedding venue, we truly cannot recommend them enough. You’re not just booking a venue—you’re putting your wedding weekend in the hands of a family who genuinely cares about making it special, and we could not be more grateful that we chose them. We’re already looking forward to coming back for years to come with friends and family, making more memories, and of course, having some drinks at the Marina Bar!

Wedding at The Everett
We knew the minute we walked onto the property that this was the place. From the beautiful scenery to every thoughtful detail in the décor, it is truly nothing short of magical. This is a family-run business, and you can feel that in everything they do. Alyssia was there every step of the way—answering questions, helping with décor, and making sure everything came together. On our wedding day, we had what felt like a tiny 20-minute break in the rain, and she made sure I got out on the dock for the Wedding I had been hoping for. That meant so much to me. Jim and Julie, the owners, are simply the best. The care they put into this property and into the people who stay there is so evident. I cannot recommend this place enough, whether you are planning a wedding or simply looking for an incredible place to get away. Our entire weekend was so special, and I truly wish I could do it all over again.

Jackson and I got married at the Everett on 8/26/26 and we could not have asked for a more perfect venue. We searched for a venue for a long time that was on the lake, dog friendly and that felt like a little Wisconsin summer escape. This venue captured all our inspirations and dreams. From the beginning, Alyssia, made the planning process feel easy. She was always very responsive and made no question feel silly. Our wedding week was everything beyond our expectations. The whole Everett team treated us like family. They were always one step ahead of us and made sure every detail was thought about. We loved the ability to sleep most our family, friends and dogs all in one area. Juli decorated the cabins and resorts with the most cozy antique pieces and beautiful plants. We didn’t have to bring much decor due to how beautiful this resort is on its own and the decor they already provided. We shared special memories enjoying the resort, boating on the lake and grabbing drinks at the marina bar leading up the wedding with all of our favorite people. Our wedding day felt magical by having our ceremony on the dock, dinner in the sunroom and dancing in the marina bar. This variety made this venue so much fun for us and our guests. We cannot thank the Everett team enough for the most amazing wedding week. After the week, both our families talked about making a trip up north every year now because of how special it was. We are so happy to call Eagle River and The Everett Resort a place we can come to every year to reminisce. 3

Our Wedding Weekend
We recently got married at The Everett on 8.22.26, and it was an absolute dream from beginning to end! Alyssia, Juli, Jim, their family, and the entire staff at The Everett did an outstanding job understanding our vision and bringing everything to life. We decided to rent all five cabins for our guests and make it an extended wedding weekend, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. Every single guest was blown away by the location, the atmosphere, and the entire experience. We kicked off our stay on Thursday with live music at the Marina Bar. Some of our guests had traveled a long way and weren't sure they would have the energy to join us, but once they realized they could simply walk out of their cabin and down to the bar, they were thrilled and ended up staying all night! Those moments we will hold near and dear. It gave us an entire weekend of memories with the people we love most. Alyssia made the entire planning process a breeze, but from the moment we checked in through the wedding day itself, she completely exceeded our expectations. Her communication, organization, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. I was able to enjoy our wedding knowing everything was being taken care of, and she brought our vision to life better than I could have imagined. From our cabin guests to those who joined us for the wedding day, we heard over and over again how beautiful and special the entire experience was. So many of our guests told us it was a wedding they will never forget. The property truly speaks for itself. We feel so fortunate to have celebrated our wedding at The Everett and genuinely would not have changed a single thing. It will always hold such a special place in our hearts, and we already know our family will be back to rent the cabins and enjoy more time in the Northwoods. We can't wait to come back and visit every time we are in Eagle River. We cannot recommend The Everett enough!
