Loved the Super 8 Film!

Loved working with Askem Studios for our wedding videography. They brought along their Super 8 Film cameras which added such a cool and vintage touch to our wedding film. I definitely recommend the Super 8 Film as not everyone offers this service. Everyone that has seen the footage thought it was so cool.

Todd & his team were amazingly easy to work with from the very beginning of planning, all the way till we received our wedding videos. Communication skills are definitely top notch! The Super 8 film had a very vintage and nostalgic feel to it. It was so nice to have a video that had an "old time" look to it. This style of video worked very well with the farm venue we had for our wedding, the landscape views were some of my favorite clips. If you're looking for a different style of video that has character I definitely recommend doing this for your videography needs!

Todd & Kelley were absolutely wonderful to work with and we are so grateful they were part of our wedding day. From the moment they arrived, they brought such a calm, easygoing energy that immediately put us at ease. One of the things we loved most was how natural and “behind the scenes” their approach felt throughout the day. Nothing ever felt forced or overly staged — they were truly there to capture the genuine moments, emotions, and atmosphere of the day as it naturally unfolded. They blended in so seamlessly while somehow still managing to capture every meaningful moment. At the last minute, we decided to incorporate a mix of digital video and Super 8 footage, and we are SO happy we did. It added such a nostalgic, emotional, timeless feel to everything and was one of the best last-minute decisions we made. Beyond being incredibly talented, Todd & Kelley were just genuinely lovely people and such a joy to spend the day with. We had an amazing experience working with them and would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for videographers who truly know how to tell the story of your day in an authentic and beautiful way.

We used this videography company for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made!!! Instead of a traditional videographer, they provided us with 3 camcorders that our family and friends used throughout the day, and the result was the most authentic, candid, emotional, and fun home-video style footage ever. It perfectly captured all the chaos, love, laughter, and little moments that would have otherwise been missed. The company (Todd and Kelley) went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. The cameras arrived quickly, were incredibly easy to use, and came with so many helpful extras like attachments, extra batteries, and even a recorder. The audio quality was AMAZING, which made hearing everyone’s voices and conversations so special!! What really stood out was how supportive and organized they were every step of the way. They provided detailed instructions so nothing could go wrong and were always available if we had questions. After the wedding, getting access to the footage was so easy and everything was viewable and downloadable without any hassle. Looking back on the videos now feels so personal and emotional in the best way! It truly feels like reliving the day through the eyes of the people who love you most. I honestly think having these videos and hearing the voices of loved ones for years to come is priceless. We used the cameras for everything and the footage came out beautifully. Definitely recommend, it is SO worth it!
