The estate is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and elegant, and every detail made our wedding day feel incredibly special. A huge part of what made our experience so wonderful was our event coordinator, Alli. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Alli was incredibly organized, attentive, kind, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She made us feel completely taken care of and gave us so much confidence leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, she handled every detail seamlessly, allowing us to relax, enjoy ourselves, and truly be present in the moment. We can’t thank her enough! The entire Willowdale Estate team went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable. The service, food, and attention to detail were all exceptional. “We live in Massachusetts but my husband is from Sarasota so we wanted to get married in Florida. Bakers Ranch made everything so easy especially since we were from out of town. The entire planning process was relatively stress free because they include and help with so much. The fact that I had someone to email with and ask questions the entire year of planning was huge. Missy was our day of coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly. It really took away stress on the wedding day. They provide almost all vendors but you still get a choice (shout out to DJ Rafael with Grant Hemond, Blue Water Catering & Tampa Bay Cake Co). While we wished there was an additional dinner catering option (there were only 2) we were still very happy with Blue Water. They can also help with outside vendors and give recommendations. I highly recommend this venue and it felt like the best bang for our buck!”

A Simple Affair

“We got married here & LOVED our experience. We chose to go the DIY route and bring in our own catering & vendors (which were no extra fee to do so!) and were so happy to find a venue that allowed us to do that! Adding up all the expenses afterwards though I would highly recommend considering the packages with vendors/catering included as A Simple Affair pricing actually would have saved me a little in the long run and been much easier to do everything in one place. We really enjoyed our experience in booking, planning and day-of with all the A Simple Affair staff! Take advantage of their planning appointments as they are so helpful in nailing down your details and timeline! Also make sure to check out their decor as they have so much you can add on and not have to bring in your own PLUS there is a perfect spot for outdoor photos on the other side of the parking lot!”

“We truly cannot recommend Mountain Crust enthusiastically enough. This was beyond a 5 star experience and we had an absolutely incredible time. The food & drinks were delicious, the staff were all super fun, and their day-of coordinator kept the day running smoothly the whole way through (Shout-out to Nico!). We had both our ceremony & reception at Mountain Crust so it was a seamless experience for our guests from start to finish. The staff did an amazing job with the set-up for both and flipped the space around for the reception really quickly once we finished taking family photos during the cocktail hour. We did not feel rushed by the venue's staff at any point, but appreciated that we had them to make sure we didn't forget to do something (like signing our marriage license at sunset!). My bridesmaids and I were also able to hang out in the new bridal suite - known as the "Love Shack" - ahead of the ceremony, and that adorable space made the perfect backdrop for the first look & private vows the two of us did right before lining up to walk down the aisle. The team at Mountain Crust were extremely communicative leading up to the event as well, taking the time to answer every question and provide recommendations where we needed them. My husband & I both agree that there isn't a single thing we would have changed about our wedding, and Mountain Crust Event Venue is a huge reason why. Our guests have all told us what a great time they had, and we can only hope that one of them will get married here in the future so that we can come back and enjoy it again.”

Liberty House

“We had our New Year’s Eve wedding in the Liberty House ballroom, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more. From start to finish, the experience was great. Our event stylist, Sarah, was amazing and played such a huge role in bringing our vision to life. I had a lot of ideas (some a bit outside the box!), and Liberty House worked with us to thoughtfully incorporate them into our wedding and our budget, including espresso martini shots on the dance floor, which was such a fun and memorable moment for our guests. The food was outstanding, especially cocktail hour. Guests are still talking about it. The pasta station was a crowd favorite, and we added the sushi station, which was an absolute hit as well. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The views alone are unbeatable. We had the most stunning Manhattan skyline backdrop at a much better price than venues actually in Manhattan or nearby. Another huge plus was being able to decorate the ceiling of the ballroom, which completely elevated the space. We used Liberty House’s preferred florist, JR Floral Designs, and absolutely loved working with them. Communication throughout the planning process was great. One thing to note is that Liberty House is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so depending on when you email, there may be a short wait for a response but once they’re back, they are responsive and helpful. The week of the wedding, we were able to drop off all of our décor and personal details, which made the wedding day itself so smooth and stress-free. While there isn’t a traditional getting-ready suite, there is a small room to store belongings, enjoy a private cocktail hour, and a private restroom. I personally got ready at a suite at the Hyatt House and took an Uber over, which worked out perfectly. Overall, Liberty House exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the views, the food, the flexibility, and the incredible team, we couldn’t imagine a better place to have celebrated our wedding — especially on NYE. Highly recommend!”

The Lakehouse

“I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Our experience with The Lakehouse—especially with Daniella—was nothing short of incredible. From the very start, when we were just debating whether to choose them as our venue, they were beyond helpful in finding a date and time that worked best for my now-husband and me. We're from Massachusetts but currently living in Arizona, so you'd think planning a wedding from across the country would be difficult. Not with Daniella. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was getting the full red carpet experience despite the distance. She was always available to hop on a call, pulled strings behind the scenes to make everything perfect, and honestly felt more like a best friend throughout the entire process. I seriously begged her to just join the party at one point! If you’re on the fence about choosing The Lakehouse—do it. It’s worth every single penny. I could list a million things that went wrong during the overall planning process and even on the wedding day, but none of it had anything to do with Saphire Event Group. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Aubre and Cortney. While I didn’t work with them as closely as I did with Daniella, I met them the morning of the wedding and they instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They advocated for me when I needed it, provided reassurance, and made me feel like I was their top priority the entire day. And yes—it rained on my wedding day. But I loved this venue so much that being inside didn’t even faze me. The transition from the outdoor setup to the indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was absolutely seamless. I honestly don’t know how this team operates with such perfection, but I’m telling you—they do. Thank you all for making me feel so supported and at home during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. And Daniella—a huge thank you for all your care, support, and empathy during the MAJOR bumps in the road. I truly don’t know what my wedding day would’ve looked like without you, I probably would've convinced Bryan top elope instead. One hundred time over, thank you SOO much Daniella, you're made for this. Your humanity went a long way for me and its because of you my day was perfect. LOVE YOU ALL!!! ps.. I'd like to add how attentive the servers and bartenders were. I saw them very little, however, when I did encounter them they were super kind and there to do one thing - amazing customer service. “Brookledge is such a wonderful spot. Our wedding weekend was literally perfect! Not only because of the beautiful venue, but because of the amazing personalities behind Brookledge. Helen, Amber, and the rest of the staff make everything happen for their Brookledge couples and guests. One of my wedding guests mentioned how calm and relaxed our wedding felt, and that is exactly how I felt the entire weekend as well. The power ended up going out during our reception, and Amber already had a back up plan to keep the show running. All of our guests that stayed the weekend complimented how cute and fun the venue was, and we were lucky enough to be the first ones to use the new Trolley and Jean & Lise cabin! The rest of our guests have been raving about the venue as well. If you are considering Brookledge as your wedding venue, or even just a quick stay in one of their various lodging spots, DO IT!!!! This is absolutely a hidden gem, you will not regret it.”

“Dorcas was great from the very beginning. She made everything so easy and helped put the whole package together with the catering, bartender, photographer, DJ, and décor. Everyone did an amazing job. The food was delicious, the bartender was fun, the DJ played exactly what we wanted, and Susan made everything look beautiful. It was all set up just the way I pictured it. I felt like I was probably a little difficult because I knew exactly what I wanted and was very straightforward, but Dorcas never made me feel that way. She was always kind and reassuring. The pricing was very reasonable for everything that was included, and I honestly didn't have to lift a finger on our wedding day. Everything went smoothly, and we had such a great time. I would definitely recommend them!”

Stonebridge Country Club

“We knew when we walked in that this was going to be it. From day 1 I felt like we were in the best hands and we absolutely were, Stonebridge was a literal dream. Our wedding day was best day and night ever, and Stonebridge was to thank for that and more. Everything was beyond perfect. The venue is beautiful from its floor to ceiling windows in the reception room, to big bar in the cocktail hour room, and huge and stunning bridal suite. We had 262 attend and with utilizing inside and outside for cocktail hour we all fit comfortably. Not crowded at all once they open the reception room up. The grounds are gorgeous with a well-manicured green, trees, flowers, bridge for first look and waterfall. The way they set up all of our signs, Jenga guest book, memory table, escort cards, cigar bar, other photos and decor was better than I even imagined. The food was AMAZING. Cocktail hour stations, pass-arounds, salads, main courses were delicious and had gotten great feedback even from foodie guests. There is also sooo much to choose from. We received so many compliments from guests about how good everything was. Just have to say again we had some VERY critical foodie guests and literally everyone loved it. From the very start, Diana, our event coordinator was a GEM to work with. Never pushy and always honest throughout the process, responsive and patient with me especially two weeks leading up to the wedding when I had questions multiple times a day. Terrance, the maitre’d, is THE BEST. He ran the wedding like clockwork even with our large amount of guests we were on schedule from morning until the end. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you, on schedule, and that your drink and plates are never empty, pulling us away to have a moment to ourselves or wherever we needed to be at multiple points of the evening. He makes you feel that your wedding is as special and important to him as it is to you. My bridal attendants were also lovely. I don’t like when people are doing stuff for me in general and I’m an easy going do things myself person but they were literally there every second for anything I needed. Stonebridge is ON IT ALL, they know EXACTLY what they are doing! I would choose Stonebridge again and again and will continue to rave and beam about them 5ever.”

“My husband and I got married at the CKE this October 2024. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to their entire team for all of their hard work to make our visions and dreams come to life. Each and every staff member was kind, and helpful. If you had a question you’d get a response promptly and always with a “let’s see what we can do attitude”. Katherine (the owner) made you feel a part of the CKE family and always was looking to make the planning process seamless and easy for us and our family. The CKE floral and design team made our big ideas all come to life- we had a visions of big branching centerpieces with florals tucked in, that Jess and her team absolutely delivered on. On top of that, we asked for an installation over our sweetheart table. Jess and her team have many suggestions and shared they visited Home Depot at least 3 times to see how it would hang, and the final installation beyond exceeded our expectations. The talent and grace their team exudes is what ever bride and groom look for in a team. The planning process was also so seamless due to their amazing coordinator team. We worked with Katrina, the kindest, most professional coordinator we have ever met. Katrina was available at every step of the planning process, providing thoughtful recommendations due to her very obvious experience. Katrina also was there for our wedding day of helping to manage the schedule, set up, constantly checking in, and making sure it all went according to plan (which it did). In addition during the reception Katrina was checking with us throughout the night to see if we wanted to pivot anything or if we needed anything. We are extremely grateful for her support! In addition, Kyle was our maitre d’ for the evening and he did an absolutely wonderful job. He made sure to check in with my husband and I as well as our immediate family members. He was so kind and professional! Lastly but very importantly- the food and drinks! Most of all of our guests shared that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. It is no small feat cooking for large groups and every aspect of the food from the cocktail hour to the dinner course was absolutely fantastic. These are a few quotes from guests: - “The food was gourmet.” - “This is the real deal.” - “The sushi… Oh, the sushi! So fresh!” In addition, the bartenders crushed it! Everyone was impressed by the quality of the drinks and we never had a line at the bar- they were fast and catered to our guests. I would highly recommend the CKE to future couples getting married. The aspect of the family business really shows and ensures you have a tailored experience for your wedding. The entire staff is kind and down to earth- always willing to help. We wish them nothing but the best for their future wedding seasons!”

The Log Cabin

“This venue is STUNNING! We wanted a place that was beautiful enough on its own that we could save money on decor, and THIS WAS IT! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful. And we loved that we had access to the patio and outdoor fireplace all night, many great spots for our guests to mingle during the reception while they watched the sunset. Our day-of coordinator was super helpful and professional, but we didn’t get to meet him until the day before the wedding. Up until that point we worked exclusively with the “Event Coordinator” sales associate, who was nice enough but not very communicative. I often had to follow up multiple times to get my questions answered, she rarely reached out first with information, or she’d think she sent me things she hadn’t yet. I know a “coordinator” is not the same as a “planner,” but my other vendors were surprised she wasn’t more hands on. The venue is totally worth it, but the person that gives you the tour will likely be the same person you work with throughout the planning process, so make sure you like their vibe!”

“We had our wedding at the Ryland Inn in August and it was absolutely perfect! The Ryland was the first place we toured when we were looking at wedding venues, and nowhere else came close to comparing. We had Giana as our event stylist and she was amazing – answering all of our questions, knowing every detail, and making the entire process seamless. Giana walked us through the entire wedding planning process and was essential to making the day so perfect. The morning of we got ready in the Hayloft, and it was nice being close to see everything being set up. We were in the Grand Ballroom, the inside of which is beautiful with the chandeliers and fireplace, and so is the outdoor area.
