Awarded Best of Zola
“I had the most wonderful experience working with Molly from Olivia Rose Flower Co for my wedding. From start to finish, she made the process fun, simple, and enjoyable. Her proposal presentation was beautiful, and she proved that she really knows how to turn a vision into a reality. My floral budget was on the lower side, and she was able to work with me and find an assortment of florals that fit that budget comfortably. Her communication leading up to the wedding was great, and on the day of, she went so far above and beyond. I am still blown away and so grateful for how much consideration and effort she put into our wedding florals. Our space was BEAUTIFUL, and I feel as though the value for what we received was incredible. I can't recommend Molly highly enough!”

Diadem Flower Co.
Rating: 5.0 (7 reviews)
  • Starts at $500
  • Serves Bow, WA

Diadem Flower Co. creates thoughtful, seasonal wedding flowers through a simpler, more transparent process. Rather than starting with a custom proposal from a blank page, couples select from a carefully developed floral menu designed to make planning easier while maintaining the same commitment to beautiful, intentional design. Led by florist and artist Colleen Raney, Diadem's work is rooted in strong design principles, seasonal materials, and a belief that wedding flowers should feel personal without becoming overwhelming.

Awarded Best of Zola
“would give Colleen 10 stars if I could! She was so wonderful to work with. She really got to know me and my partner, took the time to understand our vision and ideas (and sift through the many notes and Pinterest boards I shared), and helped us create the perfect floral design. Colleen was incredibly responsive, flexible, and paid very close attention to detail. She also put together multiple proposals for us with many different options and price points that fit in our budget. And the finished product was even better than I could have imagined! As an added bonus, she grows all of the flowers herself at her flower farm! I highly recommend Diadem Flowers!”

Pozie By Natalie
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
  • Serves Bow, WA

Although I call Bellingham and the Pacific Northwest home now, I grew up on my family's farm in Michigan's rural Upper Peninsula, also known as 'the U.P.' At heart, I'm still and always will be a die-hard 'Yooper.' My dad, Chip, who is one of my biggest heroes, taught me how to grow, forage for, and arrange flowers around our farm while I was growing up. We used to make things together and sell them at the local farmers market on the weekends. So in some ways, I've been doing this work all my life. I started working in the floral industry in Bellingham before branching out on my own as Pozie by Natalie in 2015.

“Natalie is not only an amazing person but a gifted florist. She creates amazing florals of any kind for any event! I highly recommend Natalie, she is wonderful!”

Hazel Floral
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Starts at $3,000
  • Serves Bow, WA

Welcome! I'm the designer/owner, farmer/florist, grower/accountant, and customer service team at Hazel Designs. I pour so much love and passion into this work, and I’m excited to share some of that with you. I love expressing, interpreting and creating backdrops for love stories of all kinds, using the color, light and texture of local, seasonal blooms. I started my design business in Seattle 12 years ago and am now based in Bellingham, where I grow cut flowers and have access to amazing locally sourced blooms.

“I was blown away by Annika's work. I reached out to her to do the florals for my outdoor summer wedding at Hovander Park with a limited budget. Annika was very responsive and she really listened to the style and look I wanted and worked with me on my pricing to make sure I got exactly what I wanted -- and within my budget. She did an absolutely STUNNING job. Seriously, wow. The arch florals she did -- holy cow! Simply gorgeous. I was in love. It was perfect and exactly what I imagined. Even better, actually. My bouquet was also absolutely amazing. I got so many compliments. Everything was so beautiful and fresh and I loved that they were all seasonal and locally grown and picked. I really felt her love and passion in every piece -- her talent was on full display! She is incredibly gifted and I couldn't have asked for a better florist for my wedding. From the little touches on the guest tables and ceremony chairs to the cake flowers to the arbor pieces and bouquets -- she truly helped bring my vision to life and I'm so grateful to her! My only regret is that I didn't get to thank her in person! I wasn't expecting to fall this in love with my wedding florals. You will not regret booking Annika at Hazel Designs for your next special event :)!”

“I was very pleased with my experience with Something Borrowed Blooms! The flowers were quality silk, unlike typical fake flowers these felt and even smelled like flowers!! I enjoyed not having to waste flowers the day after our wedding, I could send them back in for the next bride! If I had not gone with something borrowed we likely would have make our own flower arrangements. I was nervous about not knowing how those would look until the day of. I loved knowing EXACTLY what my flowers would look like on my wedding day. They were gorgeous! The customer service was never lacking! My shipment was delayed by a day but the team was quick to respond to my nerves insuring me they would over night a replacement box if needed. We highly recommend!”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (110 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Bow, WA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
“The BEST most nerve wracking decision we made for our big day!!! I was so nervous to go this route but trusted my gut and I’m so glad I did. FM was incredible at walking me through the process and the full service package is worth WAY more than what you pay for it. I felt incredibly prepared for flower arrival from all the phone calls, videos, and paperwork they sent including detailed recipes and schedule for the week. We had some hiccups with Hurricanes and delayed shipping. They called me to initially tell me they would be a day early. Then when they didn’t arrive called again and explained they’d been held up in customs(obviously no ones fault). They then sent out an entire extra box of blooms to be sure we got everything we needed. Flowers were beautiful!!! Spending time with my sisters and family putting them together was truly the most fun wedding prep. My guests and coordinator truly couldn’t believe we had done all our own flowers, and the best part??! We saved ourselves literally thousands!! We would recommend FM to anyone for any occasion anytime.”

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (44 reviews)
  • Serves Bow, WA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
“We were so delighted to use The Faux Bouquets for our wedding. We ended up having a family emergency that forced us to downsize the size and budget of the wedding just a few months before the wedding, and the team at TFB were so accommodating and helped us to find a solution that still allowed us to use their flowers in our (modified) ceremony. We were a bit concerned about the flowers getting smushed in shipping, but they arrived looking absolutely STUNNING and with plenty of time before the big day. Even my gardener of a grandma couldn't tell they weren't real flowers! We were so happy with how everything looked on the day, and in pictures they look just as lovely. Can't recommend The Faux Bouquets enough! There's no visual difference compared to real bouquets and they are much more affordable. The last big selling point that I would advise future brides, and I did not really consider this, is that because the flowers don't wilt, we could set the decor out the night before--which is a LIFESAVER to not have to worry about on the special day! Anything that will save you time and stress on the day of the wedding is a big win!”

Hi I am Kim - owner and lead designer. Having launched the studio after numerous years in the corporate world - I couldn’t be happier to now be living my passion to impact the lives of others with flowers. I own a locally based floral studio in Snohomish County - servicing Washington state and beyond. We are excited to work with you to create high texture/unique custom flower arrangements. Our promise is to take the time to understand your preferred flower style and budget in order to create one of a kind floral design that will delight in every way.

Awarded Best of Zola
“Kim is the most amazing florist. She is an extremely talented and artistic florist, putting together a perfect bouquet for me even though I provided her with almost no details (I didn’t have a color scheme, I didn’t know what my elopement witnesses were wearing, my brother told me one color of suit and then wore his other, my husband didn’t pick a suit color until late in planning) and only one inspiration picture of fake flowers. Kim’s flowers made our elopement feel extra special, and tied all of us together thematically with corsages, button square, boutionierre, and bouquet. They were the romantic, whimsical pop of colors that really made our photos look perfect! Floral talent aside, Kim runs a smooth business. She replies promptly to emails, knows which questions to ask, sets up phone calls at the right time, and is flexible and accommodating. I didn’t have to chase her down, and I found her so easy to work with. She was at another event that day, so she couldn’t give us the flowers herself, but she arranged for her assistant to drop off the bouquet and accessories with us, and gave us very clear instructions on how to safely transport the flowers and keep them looking fresh and beautiful! Despite the busy wedding season, Kim fit us and our smaller request into her schedule, and never once did we have to worry about anything with Kim. Peace of mind is underrated when wedding planning! I highly recommend Kim for your wedding floral needs!”

Honey Water is a Seattle-based floral design studio and small specialty flower farm, designing thoughtful, natural weddings. We grow our flowers by the sea and create designs that embody the earth, romance, and a spirit of connection.

“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kaleigh and Jeff of Honeywater Florals multiple times this wedding season — I started my season with them, ended it with them, and somewhere in between we shared three incredible weddings together. What a joy it’s been! As people, they are every bit as beautiful as the designs they create — if not more. Kaleigh’s joyful, infectious smile can light up any room (though her flowers may have something to do with that, too). Jeff is always right by her side, arms full of breathtaking creations, the perfect complement to her radiant energy. Together, they’re the definition of a dream team. Their tablescapes are impeccable, their blooms refresh and transform every space, and their artistry turns each event into a whimsical, memory-filled escape. Kaleigh and Jeff are not only incredibly talented but also wonderful humans to collaborate with — thoughtful, reliable, and full of genuine heart. I’m so grateful for the memories we’ve created together and can’t wait for many more!”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“Sam was great!!!! I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but she asked great questions, and sent over visual examples to help me understand and choose a path forward to creating a vision. “We hired Paula and Samantha pretty down to the wire of our wedding, but they immediately jumped in! We contacted them on Friday, and they had our proposal ready by Monday! Our flowers fit our vibe perfectly: I wanted something to pull from the venue's brick, but not look too "autumny" for our January wedding, and they nailed it! They look and feel like "regular" flowers, but they'll last forever and have so far held up perfectly! We're gifting a number of our pieces to our mothers and grandmothers as keepsakes from our amazing day, while saving the rest to display around our house! We're so happy to have such beautiful mementoes to remember it by!”

With that, it’s fun to get something unplanned AND to see what’s new for each week in the season. I have a subscription for a bouquet every other week, and it just adds joy to my day every time I look at her beautiful creations! I still have the comb with the dried flower arrangement she made for my hair. Later she did a beautiful wall art piece for our home based on photos I sent her. “Rachel and Jane are experts at their craft. They are true artists in every sense of the word and turned our grandparents home into a magical wedding wonderland. During the planning process, Rachel and Jane did an amazing job listening to our ideas, taking a few Pinterest pictures, and capturing our “vibe” better than I could have ever described. Not only did Rachel and Jane help us plan florals for one wedding space, but they helped us reimagine a second wedding space when we switched venues and downsized due to COVID-19. All of this was done with the utmost respect for our agreed upon budget. Rachel and Jane went above and beyond to make us feel supported during COVID-19 wedding planning stress, even dropping off a plant and special note to our front doorstep. They also labored over beautiful handmade macrame chandeliers for our reception that we got to keep afterwards. Callarose&Co are more than just florists, they also supplied us with gorgeous peacock chairs for our reception, a beautiful hexagon arch for our ceremony, and other decor items that elevated our overall wedding design. As a former bride, I can understand that carefully selecting a team of vendors feels stressful and overwhelming. If you are looking for a highly skilled florist, I implore you to look no further. They are truly incredible and my husband and I cannot recommend their services enough! We will certainly be reaching out to them in the future for other floral and event needs! Thank you, Rachel and Jane!”

“I truly cannot recommend Ivy and Birch enough. From our very first conversation, Liane was intentional, thoughtful, and deeply invested in bringing my vision to life. She took the time to truly understand the atmosphere I wanted for our wedding, and her passion and enthusiasm made me feel completely confident entrusting her with the floral design. What she delivered was beyond anything I could have imagined—an absolute dream. It’s clear that Ivy and Birch pours genuine care and pride into every arrangement. They go the extra mile to ensure that everything is not only beautiful, but worthy of such a special day. Our wedding weekend happened to land during record-breaking heat—every florist’s worst nightmare—but the florals were still stunning. Liane went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed fresh and vibrant, and I am so grateful for her dedication. If you’re looking for a florist who is both talented and deeply caring, I recommend Liane at Ivy and Birch 100%!”

After many years of helping with countless wedding days and working with many types of flowers and greenery, we decided to dive deeper into to the floral world and expand our offerings. After taking personal training classes with a local florist to learn better understanding of how to find, process, arrange the most beautiful blooms. We are so pleased to be able to offer our couples an additional option to help make their weddings even more magical and convenient.

“Britta is the best coordinator / florist around, she makes sure all her clients are well taken care of, keeps the day as stress free as possible, and makes sure you are getting to enjoy your day without any issues! Highly recommend to anyone wanting the best day ever!”

“Ronna was our floral artist for our wedding on 9/27/25. She was the best vendor we worked with! She was so communicative with us, really making sure our color and flower design preferences were what we wanted. Not only that, she was a huge support system for me throughout the entire planning process. She drove 100 miles the day before our wedding to set up and install. She also designed our centerpieces! She went above and beyond, and I’m so thankful to know her. I will be a forever customer of Ronna’s and Tipsy! I can’t thank Ronna enough, and I will be forever grateful.”

I’ve always had a love for flowers and a passion for creating beautiful things! My love for flowers and weddings started eary, long before I ever held a bouquet of my own. I grew up watching my grandmother work in the floral and wedding industry, and some of my earliest memories are of modeling flower girl dresses at bridal shows, wide-eyed at the beauty and joy all around me. Those experiences left a lasting impression, and it's no surprise that I eventually found my way back to this world, creating floral designs that bring happiness and meaning to others.

“I just had my wedding September 5th and Leci was absolutely amazing for day of coordination and DJ/MC services. Leci was very involved and did way more than I expected from her. She came to the venue at Flying M Ranch which is in Banks the day before the wedding to do rehearsal and she helped with more than just making sure we knew when to walk, etc. She was there for several hours that night helping us. Considering that she lives 2 hours from the venue. That was pretty incredible. The next day she coordinated the boys. She put together the alter with the help of the boys. Her husband picked up the food in Boise and they had everything set up for the buffet. Including setting up sternos and chaffing dishes. She set up the dessert stand. She made our signature drinks. She did so much more than coordination. She was the backbone to the entire thing. I highly recommend. Leci has a great personality and was so great to be with. I can’t imagine my day with anyone else.”
