“Oak and Bee Florals was perfect from planning to execution. Christa was always available and responsive and adjusted even when we changed some details about our color palette close to the wedding date. The flowers they created for our wedding were absolutely beautiful. The photos speak for themselves. Christa, personally brought all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages to our getting ready room in the morning and took care of setting up all the flowers for the ceremony and reception. Everything was perfect and beautiful. I wish I could have taken all the fresh flowers home after the event, but I ended up having my bouquet preserved and it is also stunning. I cannot have imagined more beautiful flowers, and the flowers at my wedding are still one of my favorite things about our special day.”

Carmen George Weddings
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
Burlington, VT

Growing up, I spend a lot of my childhood in the garden with my dad. We planted together. I fell in love with this natural world of sweet berries, fat toads, and giant tall yellow sunflowers. My love continues to this day with my own fruit trees and flower beds where, during the summer time, I grow dahlias, zinnias, sunflowers and lots of other wonderful flowers for weddings. I collect wildflowers in the woods and fields near my home.

“Carmen was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first conversation, they were friendly and creative. The floral arrangements Carmen created were dreamy, with a vibrant, colorful palette that perfectly matched the feel of our fall wedding. They went above and beyond, making special floral corsages for our mothers as a thoughtful gift, and even helped us transport our ceremony arch to the reception. We were thrilled with the final results and would recommend Carmen to any couple planning their big day!”

    June Farm
    Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
    • Starts at $3,000
    • Serves Burlington, VT

We specialize in organically styled weddings and events of all sizes, using only flowers that we grow or forage from our Charlotte 5+ acre farm. Our approach embraces the beauty of big flowering branches, woody shrubs, grasses, and wildflowers, all artfully combined with our seasonal farm-grown favorites like Lisianthus, Dahlias, Ranunculus, Cosmos, and Sweet Peas. We prioritize showcasing what each season offers, helping clients to connect their unique celebrations to the essence of that time of year. There is a distinct beauty in flowers that bloom in their natural season, and we are committed to highlighting that in our designs.

“We booked June Farm for our October 2025 wedding and are still blown away by how gorgeous our florals were! Even though our wedding was in the fall, our color palette was very spring, and I was worried there wouldn't be enough of those shades during that time of year. Brooke, the owner, assured there definitely would be, and she was right - our day was full of light pinks and bright oranges with a pop of blue! I'll be honest, I didn't care too much about the specifics of florals on our wedding day - just that we had some and they didn't look horrible. If this is you, definitely book with Brooke as she can turn the littlest of instruction into your exact vision you didn't even know you had. The one request I had was a hanging garland behind our head table, and I sent Brooke one inspo pic and she nailed it. What I loved most about our arrangements were how natural everything looked! I absolutely hate when florals look like a big pom-pom and was thrilled to see that ours looked whimsical yet professional. We had so many guests compliment them throughout the night! Definitely don't hesitate to book with June Farm if you're thinking about it!!”

Each design is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive, elevated look from ceremony to reception.

    Awarded Best of Zola
“We rented flowers through Something Borrowed Blooms and went with the Jane collection. Flowers were lower on our tier of priorities, so this worked well for us. It was easy to book, rent, and send them back. The one downside was that they changed what the collection looked like between when I booked the flowers and when I received them, and there was no option to go back to the original. They changed the bridesmaids’ flowers to be more floral, when I chose the Jane collection due to the greenery. As flowers weren’t specifically important to me, this wasn’t that big of a deal, but it didn’t feel great to not be able to get what we originally wanted and paid for. After reaching out to them about this issue, we did get a 50% discount on the bridesmaid flowers.”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
    Rating: 4.9 (108 reviews)
    • Starts at $350
    • Serves Burlington, VT

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

    Awarded Best of Zola
“This was my second time using Flower Moxie for wedding flowers (first for our daughter, and now for her college roommate). Both experiences were wonderful…it’s definitely a labor of love, but Flower Moxie had everything I needed in terms of supplies and education to make the process smooth and truly enjoyable for this wannabe florist! We had one bunch of lisianthus that got crushed in transport. Joe Ramos from Customer Support responded to our claims email very quickly and had an option for us to pick up replacement flowers from a wholesaler in our area. When we were unable to make that happen, Flower Moxie fully refunded the bride, no questions asked. I’ll be doing wedding flowers for another of my daughter’s friends this spring using Flower Moxie, and I can’t wait!”

Our flowers fit our vibe perfectly: I wanted something to pull from the venue's brick, but not look too "autumny" for our January wedding, and they nailed it! They look and feel like "regular" flowers, but they'll last forever and have so far held up perfectly! We're gifting a number of our pieces to our mothers and grandmothers as keepsakes from our amazing day, while saving the rest to display around our house! We're so happy to have such beautiful mementoes to remember it by!”
