Hello! My name is Mark Burrows and I founded Pollinator Chocolate in the mountains of Colorado in 2019. Chocolate has always been a passion of mine. I've always been the guy who has a bar (or five) of chocolate on me at all times. Whether at home or on the road, I was always searching for my next delicious bar of craft chocolate.

I live in New Castle, CO with my husband and two wild little boys. We love to go Jeeping and camping whenever we can! I’ve been creating wedding cakes for over 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in February of 2025. It’s truly one of my greatest joys in life to be a part of such meaningful events in people’s lives.

I’m Geneva, founder and cake artist behind The Cake Studio FoCo. For more than 15 years, I’ve combined culinary training, self-taught artistry, and the perspective I gained from nearly a decade living and working in Germany to create cakes with personality. My work can be romantic, sculptural, abstract, or wonderfully strange—but it is always intentional, beautifully made, and unmistakably personal.

I have been decorating cakes for over 10 years. I am a self taught cake decorator, with gained knowledge from hands-on classes, online tutorials, as well as TONS of personal trial and error. I am always grateful for the opportunity to add a little extra sweetness to special moments!
