I love working with people and being able to take their visions and bring them to life. To be able to influence their memories with my creative designs, and to see their faces light up when viewing the finished results is truly satisfying.

“From our first meeting, Nannette's Petals by Design made me feel heard and supported throughout the planning process. Nannette is a PRO. She was proactive in reaching out both in person and via text, always ready to answer questions and help me bring my vision to life. I sent her several photos from Pinterest of color patterns and floral arrangements that I liked for inspiration and she took it from there and what she came up with was even better than I had anticipated. The floral arrangements she created were stunning!! Full of color and variety that added a luxurious touch to every corner of our wedding. The setup and delivery happened right on time and even surpassed what we expected. The bouquets and centerpieces looked absolutely beautiful in photos and really highlighted how special the day was. I couldn't have asked for better florals or a better experience working with their team. LOVED IT, highly recommend, excellent value for the money.”

Kristin’s Flowers
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Serves Draper, UT

I have always had a love for anything creative! Crafts, home decorating, flowers. anything that required taking the bits and pieces for putting together a finished design. As a young mother of 3 active kids these things were more a hobby than a profession. As my kids have grown and become less relient on me I started to think about my time and what I wanted to do with it. I started doing floral arrangements in 1996 for friends, family, dances for my kids and their friends. Special events, holidays, birthdays, weddings or a husband at the last minute who needs a bouquet for his wife or partner. I love anything to do with flowers!

“Kristin did our arch, centerpieces, and boutonnieres, and from the first conversation she was easy — genuinely easy — to work with. My mom had wanted to do our wedding flowers herself but couldn't because of health issues, and instead of treating that as a footnote, Kristin found real ways to work my mom's touches into the arrangements so she still felt like part of the day. That mattered more than Kristin probably even realizes. She also runs what I can only describe as a magic budget spreadsheet — endless ways to tweak and tailor exactly what you want without ever feeling like you're guessing at cost. As someone who likes to see the math, I appreciated that a lot. And then there's the part that got me: I'm colorblind. Kristin didn't just design around what Jonathan liked — she built in texture and shape that gave me something to actually connect with, instead of colors I can't fully see. I felt included in something I'm usually on the outside of at events like this. We're still getting compliments on the florals weeks later. If you want a florist who listens to everyone involved in your wedding, not just the couple, book Kristin.”

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
“We used Flower Moxie for our DIY wedding flowers and couldn't be happier with our choice. The team was quick to get back to us and super flexible when we wanted to adjust our order. When the flowers arrived on our wedding day, they looked stunning and fresh. The quality was exactly what we hoped for, and everything came together beautifully for our ceremony and reception. For the price, we felt like we got great value and would definitely recommend them to other couples looking to do their own florals. Thanks Flower Moxie for making our day special!”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

Lily & Pearl
Rating: 4.4 (10 reviews)

I’ve always had a love for flowers and a passion for creating beautiful things! My love for flowers and weddings started eary, long before I ever held a bouquet of my own. I grew up watching my grandmother work in the floral and wedding industry, and some of my earliest memories are of modeling flower girl dresses at bridal shows, wide-eyed at the beauty and joy all around me. Those experiences left a lasting impression, and it's no surprise that I eventually found my way back to this world, creating floral designs that bring happiness and meaning to others.

“Working with For Keeps Floral was such a joy from start to finish. Leci was responsive to every question we had and made the whole planning process feel like we were collaborating with friends rather than just hiring a vendor. She really knew her stuff when it came to flower options and helped us create arrangements that looked exactly how we imagined. From our rehearsal dinner florals to the wedding bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages, every single piece was absolutely stunning and had this beautiful, bouncy feel that made our day look like a picture-perfect dream. The quality of their work was beyond what we expected for the price, and their kind, fun energy made us feel so taken care of. We'd recommend For Keeps Floral to any couple without hesitation.”

“We hired Paula and Samantha pretty down to the wire of our wedding, but they immediately jumped in! We contacted them on Friday, and they had our proposal ready by Monday! Our flowers fit our vibe perfectly: I wanted something to pull from the venue's brick, but not look too "autumny" for our January wedding, and they nailed it! They look and feel like "regular" flowers, but they'll last forever and have so far held up perfectly! We're gifting a number of our pieces to our mothers and grandmothers as keepsakes from our amazing day, while saving the rest to display around our house! We're so happy to have such beautiful mementoes to remember it by!”

Hello! I am Lexi Palmer! I found interest in flowers as a young girl with a grandma who grew the most beautiful flower garden in Southern Utah. I spent many summer evenings with her in the garden playing with snapdragons and rose thorns. After having children I decided to take classes to further my knowledge. Learning from classes and working for local florists my passion for floral design grew into the wedding design world. I have been working in the wedding industry as a freelancer and with my own business since 2022.

“We were nervous about having tropical flowers in the desert, but LP Floral Design made it happen beautifully. She stayed in close contact with us throughout the whole process and her inspiration boards were incredible to see come to life on our special day. Every single flower was perfect—there were no wilted blooms or surprises, which was such a relief. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how stunning the arrangements looked, and we have to agree. Working with her was easy and stress-free, and she truly went above and beyond what we expected. We can't recommend LP Floral Design enough!”
