In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

We handle everything from personal flowers and centerpieces to ceremony installations, reception décor, styling, setup, repurposing, and breakdown. Our goal is to make the whole space feel connected, not like a bunch of separate floral pieces. “The Floral Eden brought our wedding vision to life in ways we didn't even expect. From our first conversation, the team responded to every question and concern right away, and they truly understood what we wanted for our big day. They created the most stunning centerpieces that sat on each table, and candles were placed throughout the venue to set the perfect mood. When we walked into our reception, the combination of florals and candlelight made everything feel absolutely magical and romantic. Raving Flamingo Flowers creates wholly original floralscapes from live, dried, faux, and foraged blooms. Inspired by fine art, wild textures, and the natural world, I think of every floral work as a sculpture, crafted with care to celebrate the love and joy in your heart.

Our dried flower bouquets were absolutely stunning and became a real focal point at the wedding—they set the tone for the whole aesthetic we were going for. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“Working with Jill and her team was an absolute delight. They not only met but truly exceeded my expectations for our wedding day floral arrangements. Despite providing several conflicting inspiration photos, Jill and her talented team masterfully translated my vision into the most stunning ceremony and reception arrangements imaginable. I was utterly thrilled with the results. What impressed me even more was their unwavering professionalism in the face of challenging weather. When it began to pour rain, Jill's team remained completely unfazed. They diligently worked through the downpour (which fortunately stopped just in time for our outdoor ceremony) to ensure everything was set up beautifully. I am profoundly grateful for their exceptional vision, remarkable creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Jill and her team's expertise and dedication played a crucial role in making our wedding day truly magical. Our flowers fit our vibe perfectly: I wanted something to pull from the venue's brick, but not look too "autumny" for our January wedding, and they nailed it! They look and feel like "regular" flowers, but they'll last forever and have so far held up perfectly! We're gifting a number of our pieces to our mothers and grandmothers as keepsakes from our amazing day, while saving the rest to display around our house! We're so happy to have such beautiful mementoes to remember it by!”

The Ivy League Wedding Studio Florals

I bring both professional and academic training to every arrangement. I studied fine arts at the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League university, and I apply that same eye for color, composition, and detail to every bouquet, centerpiece, and installation. Your florals aren't just decorations to me. They're a work of art, built specifically for your day. Wedding florals shouldn't force you to choose between beautiful and affordable. I've watched too many couples fall in love with a Pinterest board, then feel deflated by the quote that comes with it. That's not how I work.

“I was referred to The Ivy League Wedding Studio Florals by a friend who used them for her wedding. They can definitely make very unique table centerpieces if you are into that. They also offered conventional choices as well. The point is they offered options which is exactly what I needed in a florist.”

After the global zombie apocalypse, in the early winter of '24, I heeded the call, picked up my shovel and shotgun and headed out to the fields. I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. In these post-apocalyptic times, the zombie flowers make for excellent mantle trophies, but some have said they make awesome wedding bouquets. Whatever your cup of tea, these zombie flowers are one of a kind prepared just for you.

Wilder has created florals for galas, fashion shows, and weddings at some of the best NYC venues for over a decade, and more recently, at boutique venues in Central New York. “My husband and I decided to have an intimate micro-wedding with 12 other people in June of 2024, and organized just about everything ourselves, including the flowers. As part of the planning process, we sought out a preservation artist who could freeze this element of our wedding forever in time. I found Jackie of Evergreen Botanical Studio and her 3-D preservation style matched exactly what I was looking for, so we booked our date with her as soon as we could. She was the PERFECT choice. She took my crazy wild bouquet, my grandmother’s handkerchiefs that wrapped the stems, all the extra flowers from the arrangements, and even some delphinium from her own garden (because she's such an angel and took pity on me that mine didn’t quite survive), and created a work of art that takes me directly back to my wedding day and reminds me of all the amazingness that unfolded. AND she crafted the most wonderful little memento for my Mom, that was completed in time to gift for her 50th wedding anniversary, just months after our event. Jackie was so easy to work with, providing detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the flowers from the Midwest, eased my worry by confirming as soon as she received them, and gave a timeline and explanation of how the whole preservation process works. It seems like magic that the flowers in the finished product look just as they did on the day of our wedding. There is something extra special about the care and artistry that she applies to each and every project she works on. You can feel the passion for her craft shining through, from the vibrant colors and clever composition to the expertly homemade frames. This was an important part of our wedding budget, and we are so glad we made the investment, not only as an extra special keepsake but also to support a fellow artist and small business owner. You won’t be disappointed making the same choice!”

“Working with Jamie for our Wedding was an incredible experience. She was with us every step of the process, working with us to make sure we were happy, helped us organize all the ideas we had in our heads, and bring our vision to life. She made sure everything felt smooth and never overwhelming. The final products were so beautiful! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!”
