The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

​Having an intimate small celebration doesn't mean you can't have your dream wedding celebration. Our venue caters to the small micro weddings of 50 or less guests. It's our focus! Over the years we have created some truly memorable micro wedding events that are not easily forgotten. It's All in the Details The Wedding & Reception package includes the setup for the Wedding, Bridal Suite rental, tent rental (heating NOT included), cocktail hour, the reception setup. Not only includes the set-up it also includes the tear-down and cleanup. North Spring Ballroom, once a historic church, will be opening in October 2025! This beautiful space will be the most perfect setting for a wedding, elopement, or proposal. We can accommodate up to 150 guests. The photos here are renderings of what the finished space will look like, but we promise you- these don't do it justice! Book a tour and see for yourself! Cortland Mansion is a one-stop venue. We provide the tables and chairs for the reception as well as the white resin chairs for the ceremony. We offer on-site catering that includes setting up and cleaning up of the space. We offer linens with the rental and have an array of colors to choose from for weddings. We offer different bar options such as cash bar, tab bar and open bar. We also have a bridal suite that can be utilized for the day. Our rental hours for weddings start at 7:00 a.m. to midnight.

Built in 1918, the Carlisle Ribbon Mill was a functioning ribbon mill until 1987. The building sat mostly empty until the MCcarren family bought the property in 2003. They spent the next few years bringing it back to life and 2006 started restoration on what is now the Carlisle Ribbon Mill Banquet Facility.
