Celena Grant Cake Company - formerly known as Homemade by Celena - was born from my love of baking and decorating delicious cakes to share with family and friends. Cakes are for celebration, bringing joy, and making memories!

Hey y’all, I’m Rachael Williams! I am a certified Cottage Law in Madison, Alabama. That means that I have taken the food and safety courses and that I do all my baking out of my home kitchen. But I was not always a baker, I used to work a 9-5 in the government world and bake in my down time after my boys went to bed. In March of 2021 I was able to take that leap to become a full-time mom and baker.

Creating hand crafted macarons in a variety of both classic and unique flavors, colors and designs. We offer both packaged and display options (whether it be as a wedding favor for your guests or a grand tower display during your reception), as well as printed details to make them uniquely yours!

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

I DO NOT DO CAKES ONLY CANNOLIS and CUPCAKES. I bring fresh homemade cannolis to your special occasion in such a fun way. I travel all over from Kentucky to California from high end weddings to backyard parties I cover it all. I have fun Italian music playing, hand out Italian flags wile handing out fresh cannolis to your guests. All my cannolis are made from scratch the old way that’s why they are a must have.
