Since then, Lorraine has appeared in two issues of Cake Central Magazine, as a featured cake artist. She has also been acknowledged for her cake artistry for the charity Icing Smiles, by Satin Ice. In 2017, Lorraine was contracted by Lord & Taylor to create twenty display cakes for a window display at their flagship store in NYC. ​ Her passion for cake decorating led her to create Beautifauxl Cakes as an elegant and chic alternative to the conventional bakery cake.
