If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would! Our son and daughter-in-law couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue to begin their lives together. From our very first meeting with Lauren and James to the last dance of the evening, everything was simply perfect. Their attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire day feel effortless. Every member of the staff went above and beyond, allowing our family to relax and truly enjoy every moment. Our guests are still talking about the wedding—especially the food! We've heard countless compliments, including, "That was the best steak I've ever had at a wedding!" The food and service were exceptional. Lauren and James don't just host weddings—they create unforgettable memories. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our family's day so magical. We will treasure those memories forever and wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate.

The JAM Team at Waterloo is amazing to work with. They make planning easy, and guide you the whole way. There are so many options to customize the day. They truly make you feel like a celebrity couple on your wedding day. Carolyn took our complex creative vision and turned it into the most magical, colorful, night! Our guests were blown away by the food, and care the staff put into the whole event. Carly made sure we had everything we needed all night. Peter was so helpful in the morning, and all the suggested vendors we used (EMG, Candid Photography) were incredible.

  • Multiple event spaces
  • Bridal suite on site

Venue considerations

  • Not for you if you're looking for a sleek and contemporary space
  • Does not allow pets
  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
Lake Mohawk Country Club was a fantastic venue for our wedding. Their communication style was very flexible - they were happy to chat with us over email or get on a call whenever we had questions. The space itself is absolutely stunning, and the entire team, especially Karen and Blake, were great to work with throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, unpacking all of our wedding decor and setting it up perfectly. The food was also delicious! If I had to say one negative thing (just so you know this is real.) ... was the cost of the bridal suite and the den, which felt a bit high. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Lake Mohawk Country Club and would highly recommend them to any couples looking for a beautiful wedding venue.
