“20/10 recommend getting married on the Mountain Top! The venue in and of itself is a DREAM. The staff and servers went above and beyond. Shout out to the events coordinator manager, Danny, who quite literally was always smiling and checking in on us our entire wedding weekend. My husband and I live out in Seattle, but we’re both from Massachusetts. We wanted somewhere in New England that has that rugged mountain landscape, but also somewhere everyone could join us for the whole weekend. I’m so obsessed with it here, can’t WAIT to come back! We used Meadows Edge Florals for our flowers/decorations, and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Gayle and her team. We used Juniper Studios for photography and Angela and Idena’s talents are something I can’t even put into words. Best decisions I’ve ever made.”

“Marcia and her team at the Marriott helped make our day amazing! She was very patient with us and our multiple changes along the way. The chef, bartenders, servers, and everyone in between did a lovely job at both our welcome event and our reception. “When we first toured the Carriage House as a potential venue, it was a snowy January day (the opposite of the June wedding day we were touring for) but we could see the vision of space and fell in love with it. Keilana and Dawn were so easy to work with from the initial tour all the way through to picking up our stuff the day after the wedding. They were always available to answer any of our questions, no matter how small. They broke down the planning into parts, so it never felt overwhelming and they were always very clear about what information they needed and when. From the tasting day where we got to imagine how the space would be set up for our wedding, to the final walk through where we went through every detail of the wedding day, Keilana and Dawn were professional and enthusiastic, and we knew that our wedding was in good hands. Having the reception at the Carriage House meant many of our out of state guests were staying at the hotel which made the weekend even more fun, continuously running into people we knew throughout the weekend! Our guests raved about the beautiful cocktail hour outside, the lake views from the reception space, the delicious food, and that even with 200 people there was never a line at the bar when guests went to get a drink! The entire reception ran so smoothly, and we had an amazing time. We could not have picked a better location for our wedding reception, and we would highly recommend the Carriage House at Fort William Henry to other couples!! Thank you, Keilana and Dawn! “We highly recommend the Queensbury Hotel as a wedding venue! What drew us to this venue was its history, architecture, location (right in downtown Glens Falls), newly remodeled guest rooms, and convenience for our guests. Having all the guests and wedding day events in one building made the day seamless. We chose the Gold Room and Queen’s Ballroom because we loved the architecture of the rooms and the chandeliers. The space is so beautiful that you can be minimal on decor. Our wedding coordinator, Kamay, was extremely helpful and always responsive to my numerous emails. The food was fantastic, and we’ve received rave reviews from our guests on the food, too. We highly recommend this venue and are so happy with how our special day turned out!”
