The wedding coordinators were extremely helpful and very responsive (and in a timely matter). Our lead photographer Elyse was AMAZING! She made everything feels so comfortable. Our assistant photographer Jessica was also GREAT! Video, Rob was WONDERFUL! All three of them made us feel at ease with the process of everything and took the time to understand what we wanted. They all worked so well with our timeline, especially since we only had set aside a small amount of time for getting ready. Not once in the day did I feel uncomfortable or in the way of what they were doing. They made sure to check in with us when they could without it being too much, understanding that we were being pulled all over already. Pricing with George Street was very reasonable. They made sure to go over the package beforehand and did their best to accommodate our needs. They were very understanding to stress of making sure the timeline worked, and so patient working through it with us! We got 2 photographers for a very competitive price and not only did they check all of the boxes off our shot list, but they came in with creative ideas and captured moments that we want to remember forever. We had several issues with scheduling and the timing of when our pre-wedding call was, but Sarah was so understanding and worked with us so that we felt confident in the details given to our photographers. From the moment the photographers arrived at the wedding to the moment they left, they were energetic and encouraging as a part of the celebration. Even when our wedding party had issues in getting to the right location, the photographers made the most of the time and were able to get all of the pictures taken that we wanted. The turnaround time for getting photos back was also surprisingly quick (within a month). My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our results!”

“The process of finding a wedding photographer and videographer, as any Bride knows, can be extremely stressful. We took quite a few meetings before we sat down with Hanel for our first video call. From the start, I stressed to him that as an interracial couple, it was extremely important to us that every single person, regardless of their skin color, be captured well in the photos and videos with lighting that worked for them. Hanel assured us that the team would be able to accomplish this and even sent us a gallery for reference, which ultimately helped us make our decision. When we received our photos, we were thrilled to see this goal was met and exceeded. Every photo, every person, every moment was beautifully and thoughtfully captured. We had the opportunity to do an engagement shoot with Mike before our wedding which was wonderful. We both felt a little uncomfortable in front of the camera, but Mike knew exactly what to say to capture those intimate moments. He made the experience feel natural when it was anything but! On our wedding day, we had the same fantastic experience. Mike and his team knew exactly what to do and they helped guide the way. They showed up and got right to work on detail shots and set up the room to look amazing for our getting ready shots. The photography assistant did the same for the men where they were getting ready. As a wedding singer myself, I have seen far too many photographers insert themselves into intimate ceremony moments. Mike and his team were extremely respectful at the Church, yet still able to capture the important moments! We got married on an extremely cold November day, right after daylight savings time so we didn’t have a ton of time between the ceremony and reception to capture daylight photos since we decided not to do a first look. Once again, Mike and the team worked efficiently to get all the appropriate photos and even got some stunning Fall foliage pictures. They were very good at scoping out the locations for beautiful backdrops which we see in all of our wedding gallery photos. They got amazing outside evening photos at Westbury Manor as well, even though it was so dark by the time we got there. When I was stressed towards the end of the night that we might not capture every planned moment (my husband and I sang an opera duet at the wedding reception on top of everything else!) they worked with the DJ to make sure everything flowed and all moments were captured and we did not feel rushed. Overall, the team was wonderful. They knew exactly what to do to make sure every moment was captured beautifully and everyone looked amazing! I cannot recommend Duet Photo and Video enough. We will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives!”

“Overall, working with Timeless TX at our wedding was such an amazing experience! We had 2 photographers and a videographer from them, and the whole process of working with them was so seamless. Our first shooter, Krystal R, also did an engagement shoot with us and working with her was wonderful and super easy. Personally when I get pictures taken, I struggle with knowing how to pose in a way that’s photogenic, but Krystal guided us through that super well. She also is super knowledgeable and helped us pick a spot to take pictures at after telling her the vibes we were going for, which was super helpful. On the day of the wedding, we also had a second shooter, Marlenne N, who was also amazing. If you’re contemplating getting a second photographer, I really could not recommend it enough. Having both of them there was great because it felt like we were able to see our wedding from so many different perspectives and all of the photos came out beautifully. Marlenne also was super professional and helpful, and also had great vision for how photos would look as well. Another huge plus for us was that she was able to speak Spanish to my husband’s family, overall it made things move a lot easier and my husband’s family really appreciated it. Our videographer, Cristian was also great. He worked really well with the photography team to make the entire process super efficient, and was also very friendly gave very clear instructions for how he wanted the video to turn out. Overall, the entire team I had was wonderful and I was so happy to have them. The photos were also edited beautifully and my husband and I are so excited with how they came out. I could not recommend them enough!”
