“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

He was very professional and easy to work with from the beginning and we knew after our first conversion he'd be able to get the party going. He even had backup music ready in case the musicians had to cancel due to inclement weather. He even mic'd our officiant for the ceremony. “DJ Inessa was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning, she was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely invested in making our wedding feel like us. What impressed me most was how much she helped beyond simply being our DJ. She helped coordinate the flow of the reception, communicated with us throughout the process, kept track of important details, and helped make sure everything transitioned smoothly. When you’re getting married, there are a hundred tiny things happening at once, and having someone who notices those details before you even have to ask is incredibly valuable. Our wedding brought together two culturally different families, and she did such a beautiful job making everyone feel included. The music and atmosphere never felt like one side of the family was being asked to fit into the other. It felt like one celebration created specifically for us. One of our favorite moments was the flower girl dance. Our flower girls absolutely loved it! Seeing how excited and happy they were out there dancing was such a sweet part of the night, and it gave them their own special moment that they’ll remember. Their smiles said everything. Another moment that really showed the kind of person Inessa is was when she actually came out and danced in a circle with the little kids. She wasn’t standing behind the DJ booth simply watching everyone have fun. She got down there with them, joined their little circle, danced with them, and made them feel like they were an important part of the celebration. Watching the kids light up around her was incredibly sweet. That small moment said so much about how caring and kind she is. She was warm with our guests, flexible when things needed adjusting, and calm when we needed direction. Instead of feeling like we simply hired a DJ, it felt like we had another person on our team who genuinely wanted the night to go beautifully. We are so grateful for everything DJ Inessa did for us. “If I could give John and Trading Post Productions 10 stars, I would. I don't normally go on and on about how great people are, but this group absolutely deserves it. For our wedding, we booked DJ for the ceremony, live music for cocktail hour, and DJ for the reception. First, the live music trio (which we had a guitar, violin, and cello) absolutely nailed it! We chose several songs from their repertoire, but also requested a couple others that were personal to the bride and I, and they not only were accommodating, but they knocked it out of the park during their performance! Second, I could share all the little details about how John was prepared for every moment, but here's the big idea: he is experienced, he will do whatever it takes to get the job done, he is easy to work with, he knows how to read a room, and he is SO talented. So many guests (and even venue staff!) commented on how amazing our DJ was! And there were several times throughout the evening where every single guest was out on the dance floor! Even more than a DJ, John is kind and outgoing, and was so excited to help us celebrate our big day. One little detail I would like to share was during the bride and I's last dance before we departed. John put on the song we requested and then left the room, giving us total privacy in that moment. Though this seems like a little thing, it allowed the bride and I to focus entirely on each other without feeling like anybody was watching us. It is a moment that will no doubt stick with me for the rest of my life. I genuinely don't think a more well-rounded DJ exists. Every member of the band is so talented and put on the most amazing show. They provided the perfect instrumental set for our ceremony, played a beautiful dinner set, and then had everyone on the dance floor all night long. Our guests cannot stop raving about how wonderful they were and how much fun they had. “We loved having the Jonny Mogambo band play for us. The performed classical and good acoustic music for the ceremony and had added a great vibe for the cocktail hour. Jonny helped us with all the announcements during our reception and his band was incredible! They played an amazing mix of music, had the dance floor packed all night and put on a great show. It was more like being at a great concert than at a wedding! The musicians in this band are amazing players. All my family and friends had so much fun with this band.
