“Working with the Joyfully Co team from the initial call when we were still on the hunt for a planner to execution has been great. We first talked to Hannah who was very kind and patient in answering our questions as we better understood expectations of wedding planning and the packages Joyfully Co had to offer. We never felt pressure from Hannah to hire them as our planner and she made us feel heard and seen. We ended up working with them and booked the 'Love' package which focused on designing our wedding with month & day of coordinating with their founder, Blaire! We booked them pretty early on and once things picked up they were great to work with. We worked a lot with Blaire (our main planner), Hannah and Sharon! All 3 ladies were so helpful and great in communication - which was what I really valued and appreciated a lot. The whole planning process for the design was so smooth. They asked us for a pinterest board of our inspo, then created a proposal slide deck on designs - and that's when I realized their attention to detail was crazy. I had an image that I liked and they thought I wanted it down to the tee, like wanting a chest for the card box, which they even FOUND a site of where I could buy one! Because we went with the Love package - we were responsibly to book our vendors, but they went above and beyond & recommended us vendors we had a hard time finding (like photography, cake, HMUA). We ended up going with a lot of their recommendations and LOVED them all! Months leading up to the wedding, the meetings picked up and check-ins came more. They guided us well and really wrote down every detail we (mainly me lol) wanted. They were sooo patient and offered so many different designs for signage! They made sure everything was something we're happy with, and if we wanted any changes - they'd make them asap. The day of was so smooth - I found myself hardly seeing them except a few times or when Blaire would give us the cue or ask us if we needed anything. I feel planners & coordinators don't get enough recognition as they work behind the scenes but they were fantastic. I don't even know if there were any problems that happened day of - which was great! We were pretty stress free and any last minute changes they'd ask us to make sure it's okay or not. I truly don't know how they can be under all that stress and still smile and make things look so easy. They placed all our DIY stuff beautifully and helped package everything back into our boxes by the end of the night - AND even into our cars! I legit have nothing missing!! We were so happy to see everything come together - literally my pinterest board come to life! The entire team always made us feel seen and heard - and would give us their advice if we were stuck on whether something worked or not. They worked well giving cues to our other vendors (like DJ for announcements) the day of and I do think because of their help - the day was perfect. Highly recommend them for your wedding planning needs! I'm sure no matter what package you end up, whether its full planning to even just month-of, you'll be very happy with the results. Their attention to detail is just 10/10 and they're all so sweet to work with. Thank you Blaire, Hannah, and Sharon for everything! “Jenny and her team made my wedding happen! I got the "Day of" Coordination package, but Jenny worked with me for months leading up to the event. “I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. “There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I. We wholeheartedly recommend Koral & Ko to anyone in need of exceptional wedding coordination services. Thank you, Koral, for making our special day absolutely perfect!”
