“I first came across Fairview Green River on Zola and reached out for pricing. Based on the initial information, I assumed it would be outside of our budget. I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn’t want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn’t afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment—and I’m so glad I did. At the time, we didn’t have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn’t pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food—and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table—such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair—much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.”

Kendra did our initial tour and did a great job laying everything out on the table so there wouldn’t be any surprises. We could not believe everything that was included and the value- but it truly is an all inclusive experience. Mary was great with communication and answered all of my questions (even the really silly ones). On the day of, the quality of their work was truly amazing - they executed my vision perfectly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Tammy, Ellen, and Brian who were our incredible photo/video team, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure we had a fun, memorable experience. Last but certainly not least - Laura was our coordinator and she was absolutely EPIC. She played such a huge role throughout the process and relieved so much of my stress through multiple meetings and emails. She made sure everything was perfect the day of, kept me calm (which is not easy to do) and was an absolute gem. She is truly one of a kind and the absolute best - I could not have asked for a better coordinator. “I had the absolute pleasure of getting married at this venue just a month ago, and I can confidently say it’s a hidden gem! Everything came together beautifully. We chose the Elite Package and worked with their in-house florist, Events by Floral Sensations (amazing floral arrangements omg!), DJ from JC Entertainment, and cake vendor, Bo Cakes, while bringing in our own officiant and photographer. Every detail went above and beyond my expectations. I'm still getting compliments on how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food tasted! Iveth, our coordinator, was incredible. She made the entire process so smooth and stress-free, which truly says a lot coming from someone with a Type A personality who usually struggles to let go of control (LOL). The venue also provides a wedding planner to help keep everything organized and on track, which made the planning process so much easier for me. The day of coordination went without a hitch and Kyle, our DJ, did such an amazing job with the music for our ceremony and the reception and Iveth was on top of everything! The food was absolutely delicious! Admittedly, we were a little hesitant after sampling it at the extravaganza, where much of it was overcooked, likely due to the small bite-sized portions prepared for the crowd. But don’t let that discourage you. On the actual day, the prime rib was cooked to perfection, the sides were flavorful, and everyone kept raving about the tray-passed appetizers. Will set aside a special platter of appetizers for my husband and me so we wouldn’t miss out while we were taking family portraits during cocktail hour. The drinks were another highlight! Strong, flavorful, and consistently complimented by our guests! At the end of the night, they packaged up our leftover cake, 2 plates of leftovers to go with a bottle of champagne with a thoughtful thank you note. I would do it all over again! I am so glad I came across Wedgewood Weddings, you guys have an incredible team! To the Orchard Team: Iveth, Will, Sara, Anissa, Krystle, Kevin, Oscar, Rileigh, Abby and Marcella, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so special.
