Sacred Mountain Ranch is a romantic outdoor venue that is nestled amongst 80 acres of lush, unspoiled nature. We are located in the charming and bustling town of Julian, California, just outside of San Diego. Our unique property has 6 well-appointed residences and The Lodge for overnight accommodations for up to 68 guests. Sacred Mountain Ranch welcomes family reunions, elopements, photoshoots, weddings, and retreats.

Our small wedding package is the perfect option for gatherings of 60 or less, Monday - Thursday. In addition to an extensive list of complimentary decor, we offer 4 unique event spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. You will also have access to our Meadow House and Suite to get ready and relax on your special day.
One Day - Private Ranch

Our One Day Package includes all of our unique event spaces for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception. Enjoy our well appointed Meadow House and Honeymoon House for you to get ready on your big day. French doors open to balconies with expansive views, overlooking our private Courtyard, Meadow, Ancient Stone Staircase, and hillside of oak trees adorned with fairy lights. Your guests will gather on our Sunset Plateau for your wedding ceremony with breathtaking views in every direction.
Whole Mountain Wedding Package

The Whole Mountain Destination Package includes access to all venue spaces and both of our elegant ranches. Together, these sister ranches include 6 well-appointed residences with sleeping accommodations for up to 60 overnight guests. Choose from one of our many locations for your Welcome Dinner or Farewell Brunch. You and your guests will create endless memories with the ultimate destination experience on our secluded 61 acres of unspoiled nature.

My Dream Venue!
Let me start off by saying, I was a girl who never cared to get married, until I found Sacred Mountain Julian. I knew immediately from their photos, I needed to book my wedding there. Right when they announced their 2023 reservations were open, I immediately booked a walk through and basically booked my fall wedding. First off, the Sunset Plateau is so amazing and breathtaking to say your vows. I specifically told my photographer that I wanted to take as many photos possible on the property. Every area offers photos ops of your liking. The team there is amazing to work with. I recommend visiting the property to see the beauty for yourself.

Beautiful location. Stunning for a wedding. Caterer is pretty stingy with food. At dinner and the brunch they ran out of food or had to keep servings very small to make sure all episode got a serving. 15 minutes into the brunch they ran out of eggs (chilaquiles with eggs were just chilaquiles, bagels and lox with no bagels, out of bacon). They hadn’t even served all the guests. They ran out of things at the bar too. Bartenders were a tad surly at times. I would suggest if you do your wedding here bring in your own caterer if you can.

We chose Sacred Mountain as the venue for wedding and would highly recommend it. Our primary goal was to find somewhere where the vast majority of our guests could stay on site so we could have an entire extended 3 day weekend with friends and family beyond just a single wedding day with everyone. Sacred Mountain more than delivered on that goal. Absolutely beautiful venue and grounds for the ceremony and reception but also just generally beautiful landscaping. The pool and views were so nice too! Between the new Lodge and all of the other buildings/homes scattered throughout the property, we were able to have over 60 guests stay on site with us for 3 nights and many meals together. Shannon and her team were great to work with. Would highly recommend as a wedding venue, even if you’re not interested in the full lodging buyout like we did.
